then stand up and bend down and touch you toes, hold it for 30, and then cross your left leg over your right, bend down count to 25, and switch legs
then pull your quads (basically, pull your ankle to your butt)
iiloveyou answered Thursday August 24 2006, 11:07 pm: I used to dance four times a week, but then I gave it all up. And now I'm getting into yoga and stretching daily to keep my flexibility in tact. If you just concentrate on the areas of your body that you want to be stretched, stretch them daily and soon you will feel flexible ! Take care babe :)
