My step-dad beat the hell out of me.
Last night my step-dad beat me. He's done it before, but last night was the worst it has ever been. I called the police and they came to examine me, but they didn't find any marks. But TODAY my face is REALLY swollen and bruised up. What should I do to make him get in the trouble that he deserves? I can't call CPS because I've already had three cases with all of them with the same problem, but they have all been dropped. I'm tired of being hit and I want him in jail.

I'm so sorry that you have to go through this. That's rediculous that they keep dropping the cases. Get help.. immediately. You don't deserve this.

I dont know why they dropped the other cases, thats horrible.
You dont deserve to be beaten at all,
talk to a counsular, talk to another adult, you need to tell someone, and get help NOW.

What you need to do is go to ur local police department in reference to the report that was made last nite, if a report wasn't made because you werent bruised one will be made today since there is evidence. Just go to ur local police department, explain to them that this has been an ongoing issue with him, and you called the police last night, and since the bruises appeared this morning you also wanted to report this. They will take pictures of your bruises and your step dad is going to go to jail for 1 night.

call the police or talk to a school consulor do what ever you can make yourself heard tell a close friends mom the police might take you more seriously if another parent reports it with you god bless you i hope everything works out!!!!

I am wondering why the cases were dropped? It seems as if CPS is over zelous these days..so that surprises me. Did you at least have red marks last night? Most contusions will at least be red first. What does your Mom say, can you talk to her? If you have no where else to turn, go to your physician and see what can be done. By law he has to report the incident. While you are there ask for counseling too, it may help you come to terms with what is happening and aleviate some of your worries.

take pictures of all the damage he has done to you. call Social Services and tell them that you want to live with another relative. Talk to your mom privately about this, no matter wether you're right or wrong you deserve better. Your family needs help. I used to get beaten up by my step father. And everytime it gets worse and worse. I used to run away all the time. It doesn't help running from your problems. The next time he beats you its going to be so bad. A real man would never put his hands on you. Go to the police and show them what he did to your face. Bruising and swelling won't go away in a day. Don't be afraid of him.. GET HELP FAST. Call an aunt or an uncle, your dad, or your grandparents and have them pick you up.. pack up all your most important belongings and get out of that house.. go to a friend, anyone who will help you.
NO ONE DESERVES TO GET BEATEN.

well first of all i am so sorry this is happening to you and you really do not diserve this. The only way to get him in jail would be by telling another adult. Maybe go tell your friend's parents. I'm sure they could help. If you're other cases have been dropped then maybe they're just not believing you. YOu need an adults opinion to stop all of this. OR you can run away to a friends house and then your step dad should call the police and you can explain why you ran away when they find you. I'm praying for you that those will work.
