As has been said before me you need to each her how. Make a game of it. 'I like to be kissed like this', then show her.
Now don't just blurt it out! Talk softly and kind of tease her with it. Then ask her how she likes to be kissed. Make a game out of it. Hopefully she will learn and you both will have fun at it.

Hmm, just casually try to teach her! Don't go right out and say 'you suck at making out' or anything like that. Try saying stuff like, 'you should use more tongue' or whatever you want to her while you're making out. Just be casual about it, & she'll never know you think she sucks. :]
