Using a condom decreases you risk for diseases like HIV/AIDS, but the only fool-proof protection in abstinence. ]
using a condom lowers the chances of develpoing dieases but if your not careful and if you dont check the condom first you may have tears or develope tears in the latex during sex which could cause you to transfer fluids and exchange stds but you have a lower chance of getting a disease using condoms ]
it only happens if it gets ripped. u have to check the condom to c if it has any slits/holes ]
not just by having it with a person that has aids can lead you to this diseas but you can have it yourself and not even know.if you do it with a lot of guys youll get it and spread it without even knowing it and sometimes condoms can be weak and rip or tear a small hole in it so its useless ]
condoms just protect you from getting pregnant. there are no ways to avoid geting hiv, aids, or any std`s unless you dont have sex. ]
yes it is true. using protection just lowers the risk of contracting the HIV virus..
hope i helped=] ]
Yes. Even if you use a condom you can still get HIV & AIDS. Though it is unlikely, it can happen. Condoms are used just as much for aids as they are used for pregnancy. It's very effective for both, but not 100% for either. ]
well, the thing is that condoms are only 80 something percent effective. because if the condomn breaks, you could get pregnant or an STD. There is no birth control that is 100% effective ]
If the condom split then the chances are higher for contracting Aids or HIV. Practising safe sex is always a priority today because of the diseases but no-one can predict exactly whether or not a condom fails.
Using two forms of prevention ie: the pill and a condom will protect against pregnancy in practically all cases but nothing is completely guaranteed.
The most sensible thing is to remain abstinent until you have found someone that you know you will want to have a long-term relationship with, then before going ahead with a sex life, get the guy to have an Aids test if you have any doubts whatsoever about him.
I hope this has helped you. Good luck. ]
