I won't lie, it hurts pretty bad. Make sure you're really wet, & let him finger you before you guys have sex. It will ease the pain a lot.

If you are completely sure that you want to go ahead and have sex then please make sure you use double precautions - condom and pill.

Sex for the very first time can be very special and should make you feel really happy. As long as you are relaxed and secure with your boyfriend it should not hurt, but be prepared for the huge emotional release you may experience afterwards.

You may, as a precautionary note, bleed a little, find that you are a little sore down there, or even the guy may fail to please you but practising is always fun. Your first time may be everything that you always dreamed of or it might be a complete disaster. It is unpredictable and you should be prepared for failure too.

I hope that I have given you a little insight and wish you all the very best.
