Before he tries sticking it in you, make sure you're lubricated. Have him give you oral sex first. That will ease the pain a little, because it will slip in easier. Or as an alternative, use KY Jelly. It works miracles. Let him finger you first to stretch the skin. Tell him to use one finger first, and once you think you're ready, tell him to use two. It all depends. If you are relaxed and comfortable and VERY aroused and you and your partner 'play' a lot before sex than it wont hurt that much at all.
But.. if you get straight into it and rush things then it will hurt.
It doesn't matter if you are a small person, your vagina may not be that small. The penis will just enter. It will enter a lot easier if you are 'wet' down there.
