My dad is watching porn right now. He does every night because we have lots of channels and at night theres porn. I know for SURE because Ive walked in on him before. And I can see from here. He thinks hes hiding it but hes not. Should I tell my mom my dad watches porn?! what do i do. Ive never told anyone, because its awkward and i dont want my friends to not want to come over my house because they feel weird around my dad. hes a really nice dad/man! I WONT confront him about it, so if you say do that Ill give you a 1..sorry.

ok no you shouldnt confront your dad. maybe you should talk to your mom about it. i mean if it bothers you you cant just keep quiet about it. maybe you mom can get him to stop. if he wont stop maybe something is really wrong. hope i helped

Men like porn, I'm just gunna come right out and say it. If it's kiddie porn or animal porn, then you have a problem and your mom needs to be told. But if it's just straight or hot lesbian style, don't worry about it. Almost all men watch it. Nice men watch porn and asshole guys watch it. Yes you should tell your mom.If you confront him yourself it wouldnt really matter cause he might only think of you as a child who dosent know what she/he is talking about.But if you tell your mom she will confront him herself and she is his wife and they will talk about it.And if you dont say something about it soon something bad might happen because when people watch porn they get addicted to it and different kind of things might happen(i'm not saying it will happen).So tell your mom

If you've figured out your dad watches porn, your mom probably knows too. It's probably not something new- some couples even do it together. For some guys it's a perfectly normal thing they do whether or not they are in a relationship. Hey your friends dad's might do it too, but don't worry about talking about it with them, I don't think most people discuss their parents sex lives with their friends.
If your dad is watching porn say 24/7 and it does affect your friends coming over, then I'd speak up. But from the information you've given it just seems like he does it at night, when it's not likely anyone will be around. The only thing you can really do is say really pointedly "Dad I couldn't sleep last night the tv was REALLY loud", or something similar, he should get it.

i was going to give you the same advice as other people did(tell your mom), but if you dont want to do that, you can just plan somethin. for example, in your place, i would act like i hve a diary, and write in my diary that my dad watches porn and it's completely visible to me! put it in place wer your mom is sure to find it, and leave it open. she will read it. she might talk to you about it, or she wont cuz she read it in you "diary". im sure if she knows she will talk to your dad bout it.... hope i helped

You can certainly ask your mom why dad watches porn where you can see it. Tell her it offends you and can she make him knock it off.
He probably won't but he needs to take it somewhere else. I doubt it will come as a big shock to your mom. She probably knows he watches it. :)
