Question Posted Friday June 30 2006, 10:36 pm

you know how in little kid's boutiques they have clothes that have patches on them that have like candy logos? like soffe shorts with a bazooks bubblegum logo on it? the logo isn't apart of the fabric. the deigners get some kind of patch and put it on regular old soffe shorts and make like 20 dollars off of 7 dollar shorts just cause of the patch. I want to know how to get things like this to put on shirts and how to put them on, or how to somehow make logos into things to put on shirts. thanks!

buy special iron-on printing sheets they sell at places like wal-mart or office depot among other types of special printing sheets, find the logo online, print it out and iron it onto anything you want. not 100% sure that it would be completely legal because i'm sure those t-shirt companies get permission to print those logos, but then who cares, it's not that big of a deal. make sure you use a good printer, those print-outs don't always look quite as good as the painted ones.

You can buy a special material for printing iron-on transfers from most computer shops. Try somewhere that sells printers. You can print any images on your computer onto these.

There is also double-sided iron-on material that you can buy from fabric shops. Those are for attaching fabric logos to clothes.
