Go to google and type in 'BMI'. It's a body mass index calculator that determines if you are underweight, healthy, or overweight. You are in the right percentile for your age and height.

I used this calculator:
[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

You are actually a little below the 'healthy' category when you weigh 100 pounds. But since you said that your body often gains and loses some pounds, your BMI can go from 17.5 [underweight] or even up to 18.5 [healthy]. Even if your percentile is 17.5, it doesn't mean that you are sick and have anorexia, or anything, it just means that you could stand to gain some weight.

&& For your thighs, do lunges and squats every day. For your stomache, lay on your back, and put yourself in a 'crunch position'. Come up to your knees, and cross over with your right elbow to your left knee, and your left elbow to your right knee, then start a bicycle maneuver, and 'pedal' in the air as if you were on a bicycle. Remember to stay commited to these workouts, don't just expect to see results in a few days.

Hope I helped!

Dear Friend,

Your Body Mass Index [used to calculate a healthy weight] is spot on - though you weren't too specific, so you might even be a little underweight.

Thighs are generally inherited, and aside from commiting yourself to a serious work-out routine, there isn't much to do but love your body. I guarentee that whether it be a mother or lover, someone out there does.

For tightening up the lower stomach, do a few crunches [not quite sit-ups] per day. Keep your breathing steady, go at your own pace. You can do them in front of the television; they're not too strenuous.

Love,

Ainsley.

If you go to google and type in "BMI", something called "Calculate your body mass index" should come up. I did that for you and you're right in the normal weight range for your height. No worries about your body, I bet you look great!!
