you COULD plan a 'date' like at the mall or a fun place like a bowling alley or skate rink that is pretty mild if you're not really 'dating' him then you can progress to more 'romantic' places like fancy resturants or a park in the nighttime with the stars over you and....o sorry getting into my own world hehe you get the point well hope i helped ((look on google for more))

go see a movie- go out to eat- play mini golf- go roller skating (or ice skating)- go to a mutual friend's house to hang out- a local swimming pool- theres so many options for you two. just be creative and find out what he likes to do.dont worry- as soon as you find that out- everything will seem a whole lot easier. hope i helped.
