I want to go on a crash diet, yea its bad for me but w/e iDc. SO my meals everyday would consist of:
Breakfast: Some sort of fruit
Lunch: A small snack maybe a sandwhich or something of that sort
Dinner: Maybe a bowl of rice and some meat. or just anykind of plain meat.
That way i get some of the pyramid into my daily meals.. So tell me if that is good enough or not
and no i will not be throwing up any of this food. im not belimic or anorexic.
Eat 6 small meals a day. Just dont eat 3 hours before you go to bed. If you do eat 3 hours before you go to bed, then your body will hang on to all that food and because sleeping isnt exactly the bset form of "excersize", your body will hang on to all of that food and it will soon become fat.

When you crash diet you loose water weight, so that means the second you put MORE water into you're body, you gain it back. You need to cut/burn 3500 to equal one pound lost, this is why crash diets do not work. [ Tulipg17's advice column | Ask Tulipg17 A Question ]

Sherry answered Thursday May 18 2006, 8:45 pm: Low amounts of any kind of food can be dangerous.
You can eat anything you want if you just cut out sugary foods, junk food, sodas, and juices. By cutting out those things I just said, you could lose up to 10 lbs.
Crash dieting actually has the reverse affect, your body actually stores more fat when you try to starve yourself! Your body gets scared, and knows your eating way less so it takes ALL the fat from the food at stores it. Instead of trying to break it down.
So do it the healthy way...work out and avoid some foods. You dont have to give up tasty foods completlely...just have them less.

Just make sure you're getting the right amount of the food (fruit 2-4 servings ... so eat like a banana, an apple, and some cantalope). Note: breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it starts your day off with energy.

I would suggest adding vegetables into your diet, those are healthy and you need them for nutrition. Other than that, just make sure you have protein, good carbs (whole wheat bread for sandwhich), fruits and vegetables. Whatever you do just don't not eat any less than that. Hope that helps.
