There's a great cardio session thats led by her personal trainer, a guy, who's not annoying, and its really effective. Then there are a few target excercise routines, one for upper and lower body and one for your abs. You can get these on amazon.com (used and new) pretty cheaply, or go out to Best Buy. The strip routines on the other DVDs are fun (she doesn't really take anything off, its just the dancing)so get those too. Congratulations on your marriage and good luck!

and try Winsor Pilates (I think thats how it is spelled) It is great not only is it a great work out that will make you kinda sore the next day but it is actually relaxing. You should really try it. Tae-boe is great if you want to lose weight around your tummy do tae boe with one of those thingies you put around your stomach to make you sweat more, then the next day do pilates. Switch it up and you'll get in shape quick. I suggest eating healthy foods like fruits and veggies so you'll look great and feel great. [ someone1234's advice column | Ask someone1234 A Question ]

SASSIE answered Thursday April 27 2006, 1:03 pm: Tae bo is great. I have used them for a long time and I dropped about 5 pounds in a month along with dieting. I also bought the yoga dvds. And I bought a kick boxing dvd which was slower than the tae bo.
