WEIGHT PROBLEMS

i have big issues with my weight and would like to know from experienced poeple what the best way is to start dieting and what is the best diet to do?

Well, dieting is very hard. Dont refer to it as a diet, but as a change in your eating and fitness habits. You should start slowly. Set realistic goals for yourself. Do you eat the right foods? Excercise at least 4 times a week? Get back to me.

Well do not use any diet pille. They have this kinda of drug i guess in them and are very bad for you. What i did to lose a lot almost 40 pounds was just start eating right. Eat more fruits and vegetables in a day. Another thing to do ontop of that is if you eat out a lot, slim that dow to about 1 time a week. One other thing you could do is excersice one in the moreing for about 15 to 20 minutes to get a jump start on your day. By this you should minimize your weight by many pounds. Hope I helped you

Starting a regular, nutritious diet takes time. The best way to begin dieting is to introduce foods slowly into the system and have your body practice on reacting chemically with all of these foods. Dont go cold turkey by dropping everything and just eating healthy, but let your mind catch up to your body as it is just as much mental as it is physical to stay committed.

well what i did was just changed my eating habbits. i totally got rid of pop and most junk food and ive been doing good. ive lost over 6 pounds in 2 weeks which is pretty good for someone with no self control.

i just went to the store and got low fat and sugar free snacks (dont watch calories they can be very decieving.. like fruit punch only has like 80 calories but has 22 grams of sugary which is atleast double of what you should have)

The best diet is no diet. Eat healthy and exercise. It's really about WHAT you eat not what you DON'T eat. There are many programs out there where you have sponsors that help you eat better and lose weight (such as Overeaters Anonymous, which is really good).

If you are young yet you shouldnt go on a diet. just a semi diet. you will most likely grow into your weight. dont eat so much junk food and drink a lot of water. if you dont like water squeeze a little lemon juice and a spoon full of sugar in it to make lemonade.dont go all out and diet. its not that good for you.
