EDIT:
Even if you're 13 you can get yeast infections smartone, and I DID give advice, GO TO YOUR DOCTOR, I do not know your medical history, and therefore cannot tell what treatment would be best for you. [ cynicalladvice's advice column | Ask cynicalladvice A Question ]
tcklebunni answered Thursday January 19 2006, 5:01 pm: if the discharge is like whit and clear and kind of feels like snotthen it's nothing to worry about. if it looks and feels kind of like cottage cheese then you have a problem. don't worry, it's easy to fix! since you're not sexually active then you must have a UTI. all you need to do is go down to your local drug store or supermarket and buy a douche and some body wash from a company called Summer's Eve. when you get home, undress and jump in the bathtub to use the douche [it'll have directions] and then take a shower or bath and use the body wash cleanse "down there". your vagina is self-cleansing so there is no need to be trying to stick your finger in there to clean it out! oh and if you're like me and like to put powder down there, buy powder that says it doesn't have talc, that causes cancer! you can also buy that from the SUmmer's eve company!hope i helped! TimmyTM answered Tuesday January 17 2006, 6:31 pm: As far as shaving goes, think of it this way: Pubic hair helps keep all your discharge from going all over the place. Moreover, it's there to collect things from getting IN your Vagina.
But otherwise, take the advice of the lass who suggested Bacterial Vaginosis. As always, no soap IN the vagina. Wash your vulva, so be it, but no douche-ing, or the like.
When in doubt, down yogurt. It has the same kind of "good bacteria" that's in your Vagina, and can help sort of "drown out" bad bacteria. [ TimmyTM's advice column | Ask TimmyTM A Question ]
DaNcE_In_ThE_RaIn answered Tuesday January 17 2006, 6:21 pm: I dont have an answer, but I have been seeing people telling you you have BV or whatever, you might but I don't think you do. I have the same problem and I just wear a light pad.Thats pretty much all you can do!Its normal,I've heard my friends talking about it too, so I dont think you should worry. If you are worried than you should talk to your mom :] [ DaNcE_In_ThE_RaIn's advice column | Ask DaNcE_In_ThE_RaIn A Question ]

Lemme tell you this from a person who's been in your shoes before & I know everything that you're going through! First of all, shaving can help for bad odor, but coming from what you're saying you have something called "Bacterial Vaginosis." I was in the same position you were for like three years because I didn't work up the courage to tell my mother. I'm not sexually active & I've never been touched down there before, so I didn't know exactly where it came from. About a month ago I went to a gynaeocologist & she told me that I had BV and I had to take these pills called Flagyl (prescribed) Cleaning down there will make things worse! Bubbles baths are also a BIG no no. Because of the scents and stuff like that. Scented pads/tampons can also make things worse. Don't feel scared because a lot of teenagers like yourself just get BV randomly -- they just have a lot of bacteria down below then other girls. You need to tell your mother, there is nothing over-the-counter that can fully get rid of your issue. There's summers eve which gets rid of bacteria on the outside of your vagina, but doesn't get rid of the ones inside!! But, you really do need to tell your mother ASAP before things get worse.
Here's a website that tells you all the DOs & DONTs. =] & Just gives you a summary of what BV is!
Edit:: For the person exactly above me, not only is your answer wrong -- but how is wearing a light pad stopping the smell? It might stop the smell from you smelling but it'll ALWAYS be there. You're obviously not going through bullshit if you're just wearing a pad- you're just hiding it. [ naimee's advice column | Ask naimee A Question ]
jesa21 answered Tuesday January 17 2006, 5:17 pm: get to a doc. sounds like you have an infection, prolly from soap if you take baths instead of showers. also, im sure you do, but just in case, change your underwear every single day, dirty underwear even a single days dirty can cause infection.no shaving wont help. tapdiva answered Tuesday January 17 2006, 5:15 pm: The discharge should stop a bit after your period stops. It is risky shaving there because if you accidently cut it has a very good chance of getting infected because it is down there. Most discharge will not smell good at all, that is normal. Use soap and warm water to clean down there and inbetween baths just use baby wipes. [ tapdiva's advice column | Ask tapdiva A Question ]
