jbdreamer answered Friday December 30 2005, 2:58 pm: I highly doubt it. Since you are a minor, I doubt they can leagaly take you over seas as an employee. It's not an exchange program where there is someone to watch over you. And because they serve alcohol on most cruise ships, I am guessing you'd have to be at least 21 to be a waitress. fabulous11 answered Friday December 30 2005, 2:30 pm: No dont think so you probably have to be 15 or 16 like most other jobs. I guess if you knew someone important that worked there you could talk to them about getting you in.
dedee answered Friday December 30 2005, 1:21 pm: no its not my dear ive heard many rumors that people get missing from cruise ships especially lately so if i were u i would take advice from someone older then you dont do it [ dedee's advice column | Ask dedee A Question ]
ThugGirl041790 answered Friday December 30 2005, 1:10 pm: I never thought of that as a job thats cool tho.. I bet you`d get to travel for free.. Ummm i think that you`d have to be older.. I doubt they`d let a 14 year old girl travel alone like that.. But you can probably look it up on a website for ages.. Maybe type in the cruise line you`d like to waitress for.. ♥ Dez [ ThugGirl041790's advice column | Ask ThugGirl041790 A Question ]
icey0990 answered Friday December 30 2005, 12:22 pm: that would be an awesome job! my friend and i used to talk about doing that like when we are in college..its a great way to travel for free..
the only problems i can see with this is being that your 14 they may be hesitant to hire you because your so young and you will be on the ship for several nights at a time.. [ icey0990's advice column | Ask icey0990 A Question ]
