My friend got this brand new exercise machine (ab lounge?) and said she would be skinny by valentines day! well im trying to get on a diet just look at servings of the food and see like chips look at the serving and it might say 12 chips and when u go to school make your own lunch make a healthy sandwhitch only 1/2 of it though. Oh and EXCERCISEdo push ups like 50 of them then do 50 sit ups at first you will be sore but do it untill v-day and you will look greater than you did before. Just to tell you that ive been doing it scence summer and I was a little bit on the heavy side and now I look better than before.Oh ya do SPORTS I did cross country and that helped a lot and now in the spring im going to do track so look at that.

13/m. I have a sister who is 14. Where we live, stuff happens slowly. It's not like in NYC where everyone loses their virginity at, like 13. My sister finally got her first boyfriend. I'm not too worried about that. But, they're taking everything too fast: one week, they're dating. Another week, they're holding hands. This may not seem like much to you, but where I live it is. And now yesterday---they've been together 2 months, tops---they both had their first kiss.
I've been trying to get more info, but she's really private about this. I asked her if it was just a peck or if she made out, and she said that it was about 5 seconds. Is that long for a first kiss? And I asked her when, and she showed me a ring that she got from him. Unfortunately, I suck at taking hints, so I still don't get it.
She doesn't want to tell anyone about anything that happens. My other sister and my parents are still completely unaware that they've done so much as hold hands, and she doubts she'll tell them about kissing any time soon.
So, I was just wondering, is this too fast, am I worrying too much, will she be turning into a sex-obsessed slut any time soon, and how can I get her to communicate more? looks like you ae a really caring brother, anyway the ring if it was a diomand then she was telling you that they were going to get married someday or that she is saying that they are doing more than kissing if you know what I mean,and if your sister goes out with different guys a week that would make her a slut if she is going around and fooling around with them that is, and it depend on how old she is if she is over 16 she is probally most likely having sex with the guy if they are going fast or if she is younger than that then she is probally not. I dont mean for you to do this but if she has a diary then read that, and see what she wrote in it about her boyfriend you will know everything.

Ok I have been going out with my girlfriend for a little over a month. a couple days ago i was hanging out with one of my female friends and she pretty randomly kissed me. i pushed her off of me almost imediately, and we talked about it afterwards and were ok with it now and are still friends. here is where it gets a little more complicated. this is a girl that i used to have very deep feelinfs for. i wouldnt quite call it love, but it was close. i never told her, because she was for various reasons unavailable and i got over her. then i met my current gf and fell for her. now my gf knows that i used to like this girl, and she was ok with me being friends with her. now my worry is if i tell her what happened shell be uncomfortable. i know she would never try and forbid me from handing out with her, because she is one of my best friends, but i know it would make her feel uncomfortable. now because of an age difference (my gf is a little older than me and my friend is a bit younger) they will most likely never meet on their own so my gf would probably never find out. so my question is, should i tell her? Okay well every year around this time of year (December, winter time...) I ALAWYS get sick and I mean sick to my stomach. It's usually the only time of the year I get this sick. Anyway that's not really the point. I was wondering is there anything I can do right now. Lately it's just been dry heeves (sp?) I mean I've thrown up once since about 8-8:15 which was about 8:45 and that's only because I didn't care, I was really thirsty so I drank some Ginger Ale right after throwing up. But is there any thing I can eat or drink that shouldn't upset my stomach too much, and right now it's about 10 minutes to 9 and the last time I threw up was 8:45 because I drank something but technically not including the dry heeves which every once in a while left me with a little bit of regurgitation, was like 7:30. 7:45.
Yeah so just how long should I wait and what type of foods or beverages would be best to have. I'll just go with it's been about 15 minutes since I last threw up... thanks, sorry it's gross. (link)

well when i was in 5th grade i used to throw up 247 thrust me i know how it feels, anyway only eat like one craker (saltine) dont eat to much b/c you throw that up too and that means if you feel that your up to it just dont eat to many and to drink you should dink water or ginger ale and I know you said you threw that up so just dirmk water let the fluids go in oh and mint tea helps alot you can also eat a plain 1piece of toast nothing on it that should help .
feel better! and dont look at comercials that have food in it trust me I know.lol!

Alright. Well, my best friend in the whole world is starting to confuse me. She is a real big Christian, as am I, and I understand that. But sometimes when I turn on the radio and like rap or something comes on, shes like "God doesn't want you listening to that." But then she will go to a party and dance to that same music. We are in 6th grade and she is dating an 8th grader, I'm pretty sure God doesn't want her doing that either. How do I explain to her that its ok to listen to the music you like or the shows you like?

use all of these and it will be curly and spiraly and if you dont have a curling iron then take a shower and put gel in it and scrunch your hair let it air dry or blow dry on low power.Hoped I helped.

Okay, so obviously by this title you know I'm a girl.
Well, I think I'm starting to have my first crush on another girl and I feel so weird because... well, she's a girl. (If that makes any sense).
What I mean by that is that I feel uncomfortable thinking I like a girl.
Is that so wrong?
Let me explain my feelings about her.
When I'm around her, I feel totally comfortable (sometimes I'll start to worry about how I look, because she's so gorgeous, but... that may exactly be it; I worry about my appearence because she's beautiful and maybe I'm just jealous) When I'm around her, I'm incredibly happy. When I haven't seen her in days I get sad and I miss her when I think about her.
This could just be a big mis-interpretation. Maybe I just admire her and love her as a friend and nothing more.
There are times when I think I don't like her, but then later I'll start thinking "WTF? Who are you kidding? You DO like her" and so on, until the point where I start denying it again, and... I'm just really, really confused... and I don't like any of this bi-thing (yes, I AM into guys, so yeah) at all...
What do I do? Any advice given will be much appreciated.

ok, so just yesterday, 2 of my friends got in this big fight over something really stupid, & they said things that didnt need to be said or brought up, & didnt have anything to do with what they were fighting about in the first place!! & then one of the brought me into it, & got one of my friends to think that I talked crap about her, when I really dont!!
