its slang for barbadians, jamaicans, and other caribean people. it means to play the song again. pon means "on" so the phrase is translated as "on the replay."

well i forget what it means, but she is from barbahdos, and she said one time that the name of the song comes from people in her country, not pronouncing an american phrase correctly. lol, sorry if that doesnt help
