Question Posted Tuesday December 27 2005, 10:39 am
I've been looking for a new CHI hair straighter, but I'm having a hard time trying to find one.
I would prefer it would not be one from a "no-name" dealer, or off e-bay.
If any one knows any stores or trusted websites where I would be able to get one would you please tell me where I can find one. Also if you have one do you have any complaints about it?

Some where else you can try is Sally's Beauty Supply Store (i donno what its called or something). One other tip dollar stores or straightners that are really cheap are BIGG no no's !!

You can get it at any Ulta store near you, or get it off of their website.
The FEW (keyword, few) complaints that I've heard thus far from reviewers is that it doesn't last as long...ie, it will break easily.

I don't have any complaints aobut mine. I LOVE mine. I did get mine off of eBay (discount pricing, but it was brand new). I absolutely love it. It only takes it a few seconds to heat up, and it always does a super good job with my hair.
It does get pretty hot, but that's good. I just sometimes forget to be careful. I've burnt myself a good few times. I've even dropped it on my hand.. (I'm such a clutz) and burned my head. Haha. Yeah. Just be careful.

They have this magazine and you can order something you want from it. So, go to your hair dresser and tell them you'd like a hair straightener, and they'll order it for you! and then you just give them money. Mine was like, 40 dollars. Hope I helped!
