Well, when I was in class one day, this girl was telling me how she flushed a condom down the toilet, and it turned out it got the toilet plugged up and when she got it repaired, the plumber told her mom what happened, && she got in BIG trouble.
You can flush it down the toilet, but there is a possiblity of it getting it clogged down the toilet!!!
I hope this helps and if you need anything else, just leave a message in my inbox.

Don't listen to all these people. You can even look it up on Google. [ xxoBriannax's advice column | Ask xxoBriannax A Question ]
BlackBatman answered Wednesday December 7 2005, 6:55 pm: Heh, thats a nice failsafe huh? But I imagen that you probably could savely flush one down the toliet. Although in the end if it gets stuck with other things, in the future you might have a bit of a problem :P

MummuM answered Wednesday December 7 2005, 6:11 pm: Yes, you can flush them. However, if you have your own well (if you live back in the country), you cannot flush condoms down the toilet. But if you live in the city, you should be fine. ♥ [ MummuM's advice column | Ask MummuM A Question ]

Mami0s0xclusivex3 answered Wednesday December 7 2005, 5:34 pm: What ever you do, do not flush a condom down the toilet..It can cause a plugage in the toliet. Just rap it up in toilet paper and throw it out, its not like your friends or parents are going to be going through the trash! Hope i helped
ncblondie answered Wednesday December 7 2005, 4:45 pm: You can, but I wouldn't recommend it. Some friends of mind ended up spending over $1000 last year having the septic system repaired when condoms backed up the lines. [ ncblondie's advice column | Ask ncblondie A Question ]
