DO NOT WEAR DARK EYELINER!!!!
To make your eyes look bigger wear WHITE eyeliner. Trust me! This is what all the runway models do. I've even tried it and it works! So remember black or dark eyeliners make your eyes look smaller and white will make them bigger. I know you didn't ask but if you want fuller looking lips use dark lip liner on the outside and a light inside. Hope this helps!!

Dont use eyeliner my mom is a cosmetic doctor thing lol.. and your eyes look much smaller when u use eyeliner on your eyelids.. you could use like curl your eyelashes and use like a light blue or a bright pink eyeshadow!

put eyeliner on the bottom and on the top and maybe put some mascara on! thats what i do and many people say i have big eyes but really, i dont lol well hope i helped!

EyLiNEr!!!! i would use brownish black though and make sure to put it on the top and bottoms of your eyes and just a touch out of your eyes kinda like cleopatra but not that creepy >3

i think that if you use eye shadow and extend it to like your brow bone so its not just on the lid...it looks pretty and makes your eyes look bigger

use a small amount of brown eyeliner on the top. don't use any on the bottom. use mascara lightly. and use light colors of eye shadow: pinks, light greens, light brown, etc.

Bright makeup makes your eyes look wider. Use mascara and don't use alot of eyeliner if you wear any.

ok so go and buy bright eye shodow use a like lighter color aroudn your whole lid then a bright one on the bottom use a darker color to sort of shadow along the crease then use eyeliner on your lid and on the bottom of your eye finish it off with mascara and the your ready to go lil buddy

Ummm there are these fake eyelashes but that only brings out the color of your eyes but eyeliner helps too

eyeliner can if you open your eys wide when wereing it but not to wide that is just scary liqued eyeliner is darker than regular but some people can't were liquid eye liner hope i helped ok .
