Well, the sad truth is that you can't get your parents to do anthing, really- ive learned-. ive always wanted a ktten, too, so wut im hoping for is to find a lost kitty on the road or sumthing. Thats an ok idea, unless anyone is allergic to cats in your family. If it was really meant for you to get a kitten, you would get one. maybe just don't mention it for a while. Then jus bring it up w/ the parent that is more likely to say yes! Hope it Helps!!!

Tell them that you will assume ALL responsibility for the kitty, even getting cat food and litter (though it can be a little costly) and teach it what to and not to do (clawing the couch, using the litterbox, etc.)

well maybe you can give them time to think about it then maybe they will let you have one...or maybe you can do stuff to earn the kitten...

Tell them that you will take care of it and they won't have to do anything. Tell them that you'll feed it, water it, brush it, change it's litter and anything and everything else that it needs. If they still say no, it's their decision, but telling them that you'll take complete care of it will help a lot! Good luck!

If you're really determined, I suppose you could say that you want to show them how responsible you can be by taking care of a kitten. This way, it gives them a chance to see you take care of it. If it doesn't work, don't be too upset...you could always bother them for ages until they say yes!

Well your already have a lots to handle kind of and it your parents decicions and thats kinda hard to change but i guess you could show them that you will be the one to always take care of it and show them by taking more care of your other pets, and you never know they could just be saying they wont get you one and then they do so it will be more of a surprize.
