Salads with lite dressing, turkey delli meat with whole wheat bread make sure it has 3grams or more fiber. Fiber makes you full, salads, fruit and grains all have it. Almost ANY fruit and veggie is negative calorie. Fruits and veggies are the way to go. Don't forget your protein though on a meatless diet! (Nuts, peanut butter, dairy, beans all have lots of protein)

Make chicken soup! Get a couple pounds of chicken bones (with some of the meat still on it) and boil it under low heat for several hours. Add some cilantro for vegetables.

Water
Pomegranate seeds
Apples
Bananas

Seasonings:
Olive oil
Sesame oil (give it a try! It adds a wonderful aroma and flavor to chicken broth)
