sizzlinmandolin answered Wednesday November 9 2005, 4:53 pm: I know of a couple that had sex 7 times in one day and the guy ended up getting raw and couldn't touch even himself for at two weeks. Don't have sex in too much excess. Bad things happen. The more often you have sex, the more you increase your chances of pregnancy too. Go easy. karenR answered Tuesday November 8 2005, 3:55 pm: You can have sex as many times a day as you want. I don't think there is an "unhealthy" amount.
Teza answered Tuesday November 8 2005, 3:43 pm: I wouldn't really say it "healthy" but you can do it as many times you want. I'd say 2 or 3 times a day is plenty. It burns calories and it makes you feel good so that's the good thing about sex. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
rainbowNsunshine91 answered Tuesday November 8 2005, 2:23 pm: It burnes calories, relieves cramps or stomach pains, makes you feel happy, clears headaches. BUT MOST IMPORTANT, IT BURNES CALORIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its exercise too, makes you flexable! PS: having orgasms can tire you out! So I would say about 2-3 times a day is enough.. Alin75 answered Tuesday November 8 2005, 2:11 pm: Omg what answers. There is no limit on whats healthy. Sex in general is healthy for the body, and a very efficient form of exercise. There is the matter of sexually transmitted diseases etc but the sec act itself has only good benefits for the body (not to underestimate STDs... do take the necessary precautions).
