You're lucky, since most teenagers do not receive a new car when they start to drive. It's not a bad car at all, as your first car.

You must be one hell of a kid to get a 2005 at 16.

"..is that like bad for a first car?"

I think you know the answer to that. That is quite the haul unless you live in Beverly Hills and all of the other teens are driving brand new Beamers or Land Rovers. Just wait until everyone wants you to pick them up for school and to drive everywhere on the weekends. I'd charge them 3.00 per mile. Unless they were really hot... then, maybe I'd charge them .50. Gas prices are high. You may not want that car the first time you fill up for ELEVENDY BILLION DOLLARS...(pinky extended and raised to corner of mouth in an Dr. Evilesque jesture)

No it is not. Most people your age would kill to drive a brand new 2005 automobile and would not care the make, color, interior etc. Most of us have had to drive in used vechiles perhaps 8-10 years old and we are grateful for it.

Be happy with what you are driving and understand a lot o people your age are saving up and still do not get the best car going when they need one. I would not bitch or gripe about this ride. Enjoy what you have it's a privelege to drive anything.

Yes, your parents are spoiling you. Waaaay too many teens wreck their first car, even if they are good drivers. I'd suggest something safe, but older and less expensive. Oh, and the stereo system is a bad idea for about the first 4-6 months of driving. Too much distraction.

No it is not a bad car for your age but every person has gotten in a wreck with their first car or truck or what ever they have. So i hope you dont. But it is a nice car and you want that especially if you are going to drive it in public lol.

Ok, so your 15 and you are JUST getting your permit.
if you really want this, then you should get it.
its definetly a good idea if you live in a snowy place. but you have ot remember you're buying a NEW
truck, so if you get into an accident then your brand new car could be totaled in expenses. but not everyone crashes so have fun w/ it and be safe.
