loseing love handles

i have kinda big lovehandles so how many side crunches would i have to do to see results if i were to do about around 75 each night?

No, because you must diet first. As I've mentioned earlier Spot Reduction is not possible. In order to lose body fat a caloric deficit must be created. Continue to exercise the area, but it will only build the amount of muscle mass in it.

im pretty sure crunches wouldnt solve love handles all that much maybe if you jogged or went on a walk or tryed a variety of excercizes

ok, there is really nothing you can do about lovehandles, ive tried to get rid of them too! 75 crunches sure is a lot. i would try 25, and work your way up!

A few good activities that can simply assist in porportioning the body in it's ENTIRTY would be anything that gets the blood circulation goin', such as: jogging, jumping jacks, jumping rope, walking, and bicycle riding. Also, if you have access to a heated pool, water aerobics work like a charm!!


And if you'd like to target your tummie specifically, try doing sit ups and/or crunches. For directions on doing a correct crunch, check out:
