I have a bunch of pimples on my chin and under my lips. I really hate them bc even with the tons of makeup i sover them up with they still pop out all gross and red. I would really love something that could make these DISAPPEAR!!!
SoNotLegal answered Saturday August 6 2005, 2:53 pm: You should try St. Ive's Apricot Scrub. It comes in a peach-colored container with an orange cap, and it's relatively inexpensive. After I started using it, I didn't have any more pimples or blackheads.
♥ Hope I helped. [ SoNotLegal's advice column | Ask SoNotLegal A Question ]
lyDia_LoU answered Friday August 5 2005, 9:41 pm: Go to the doctor or a dermatologist. They can give you stuff that will make it all better. I use Differin and this other stuff but i dunno what it's called. Make-up won't help them, they will make it worse bc they clog the pores. Over the counter stuff really is the best stuff for you face!

azngemini answered Friday August 5 2005, 5:47 pm: definately try proactiv, it helped me and a lot of other people. if you dont want to spend that much money on it, then go to the drugstore or target or walmart and get some over the counter anti-acne products. the brands that you should choose from are clearasil ultra, clean and clear, oxy pads, and neutrogena. i think they work the best to get rid of acne, but results are different for everyone.
i used to put makeup on whenever i had a pimple too, and the pimple was still visible and popping out. i dont put makeup on a pimple anymore because doing so is actually bad for your skin. when you use makeup, make sure that it's oil free and non-comedogenic(means it wont clog pores) so it wont cause more pimples or make the existing pimple worse. it's ok to wear makeup that wont clog pores, but it's better to not wear any makeup at all meaning blush, concealer, and foundation
cokecap_x21 answered Friday August 5 2005, 4:18 pm: Proactive is THEEE BBEESSTT!! it really does work!!! it cleans really good two!! You could also go to a spa and get a facial, they remove that stuff!! then after you get the facial use proactive. (its might be red for about 2 days but thats not big cause it goes right away and its amazing!) [ cokecap_x21's advice column | Ask cokecap_x21 A Question ]
ballerina04 answered Friday August 5 2005, 3:01 pm: Wash your face with an acne face wash, such as by Neutrogena. Try an acne cream with salicylic acid in it. Don't touch your face excessively; just try to leave the pimples alone. [ ballerina04's advice column | Ask ballerina04 A Question ]
LeoBaby1 answered Friday August 5 2005, 1:32 pm: although *and thsi has nothing against her * shining star said wash your face with soap in the morning and in the evining. but on the contrary i'v ebeen told that colgs pores and that actually causes more pimples. i use stridex pads, and instead of liquid makeup try powder instead it wont be oily one and although it might not cover your pimples it's better to use altogether. *i do use both liquid and powder though* washing your face when you wake up and before bed with water, and even a face wash meant for pimples are good. Hope that helped. [ LeoBaby1's advice column | Ask LeoBaby1 A Question ]
shining_star answered Friday August 5 2005, 1:28 pm: well try using clerasil dayly, or whatever it's spelled. Or try using other things against pimples. Well wash your face with soap in the morning and in the evining. And try not wearing so much make up, cuz it's only making it worse. (sorry, make up needs to go) [ shining_star's advice column | Ask shining_star A Question ]

MissMarie answered Friday August 5 2005, 1:19 pm: Well if you wear lipgloss that could be the reason why you're breaking out. Try face masks or Stridex pads they always work for me. The ones with alcohol might dry your face out but they always worked best for me. [ MissMarie's advice column | Ask MissMarie A Question ]
