well if you dont wanna do something that revolves around snow (after a while id get cranky personally) go glo bowling or to an indoor water park and have the girls sleepover and watch a summerish movie. heck, have a have a hawaii theme party in your basement! lol that would be so fun...in the middle of winter too! ok hope this helps!! <3

You should SOOOOOOO have a christmas bash! Pretty much do your theme on a christmas holiday. It'll be alot of fun plus it may be snowing so it'll look great on your birthday ...Ps...happy early birthday <3

You could always invite a bunch of friends over and have a snowboarding party or something like that, or you can rent out a indoor swimming pool that is always fun. You can also have a sleepover with your closest friends, there is alot of stuff u can do..juss think lol

Go to the movies with a bunch of guys and girls and then after the movies get all the girls to come home with you for a sleepover. that's what i would do! hope i helped you with some ideas!!

ok well i dont know what your budget is but here are some suggestions:
- have an indoor pool party at a hotel or resort.
-rent out a party room and have a dj and stuff
- go bowling/ rollerskating with a bunch of friends
- go to a nice restarant with close friends then have a sleepover
-go skiing for the day with a bunch of friends
-go to a spa with close friends and get massages and etc.
