I don't wear my glasses for anything other than for looking at the board or reading far away things and stuff like that. But I have worn them before when I kissed my boyfriend. They're not a problem at all.
When people kiss they tilt their heads and it's not like their eyes are touching, so the glasses won't get in the way. As long as you guys don't get so passionate and accidentally poke his eye out somehow, lol. But by then you'd probably want to take your glasses off anyway.

Yes, it's possible. If you don't feel comfortable with the glasses, they could always take them off, then put them on once you're done.

It's very possible. If you forget to take your glasses off, and the guy wears glasses, they just clank a lot, so it's best to take them off. If he doesn't wear glasses, yours could just get annoying.
If it's just a kiss or few, leaving the glasses on is fine. If he wears glasses as well, they'll probably still clank, but I wouldn't get embarrassed. It's kind of funny, actually.
