hun 500 dollars is way to expensive you can buy a great toothbrush (sybersonic) for 200 dollars
at sephora there is a celebrity whitening kit for like 50 dollars

Personally, every once in a while I just stand in my bathroom and go on a whitening rampage....
Brushing alot, flossing inbetween each tooth, using tons of mouth wash...etc...
You could do this every few days...
You can also use Crest White Strips...they're a little foamy and sticky...so just don't lick them!

dont whiten them with your braces still on? then thered be a big 'ol dark spot where the braces were.. and if your worried about getting that little white spot people get after they get their braces off, trust me, thats rare..i broke like every single rule there was to having braces and mine came off and my teeth were normal color..soo dont worry about that! but if you want the whitning then the dentist is the best way to do it..those ones that come in the box dont work worth shit lol. so id stick with the dentist thing..yea its expencive but if you really want it then thats what you gotta do right?

S_C answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 3:18 pm:
Crest White strips most definitly work, I've had a friend who used them. But I did try them for a night and I didn't really like the taste that much, but when it came to making her teeth white they worked. There are other things like that, such as the liquid kind that you paint on your teeth. Also many toothpastes do have whiting stuff in them. But if you really want to make your teeth white then I reccomend baking soda, it did work for some people I've known. I still have my braces on, so I can't use the stuff, all I can do is tell you what friends have used. The ortho me and my sis go to will either give you stuff to put on your teeth, or reccomend stuff.

ncblondie answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 1:38 pm:
Something as simple as a whitening toothpaste can help. Most toothpaste brands have a whitening formula. Colgate Simply White Night is fairly easy to use. You just apply before you go to bed and it's clinically proven to whiten in 14 days. Crest also has a whitening gel that works while you sleep as well as strips that you can wear for 30 minutes twice a day. Personally I've tried the strips and find them a pain but the gel works great. Oral-B has several whitening options, including strips, a pen (basically gel with an easier applicator), or gloss.

Well, after your braces are taken off, about a week after, you are going to be given retainers to wear for months. But you can use Crest White Strips when you get your braces taken off. They work well and I used them after I got my braces taken off about almost three years ago.

I know this sounds really dumb because I thought it was really dumb when I heard it, but every morning and every night brush your teeth and then brush them with baking soda it makes them really white like within a week. I hope it works
