Um...count on the calendar. Or just throw a dart at the calendar and hope it hits the right day.

Keep track of when you get on/off your period on a calendar. It shouldnt be regular for a while, but you should be able to predict around what week you will have it.

my advice is just get a calendar and the day it comes on just write "P" and the day it goes off just write "PO" meaning period off. then do that for a few months and you will know when it will come on (give or take a two days) and when you need to pack some pads or tampons!!

Karen answered Thursday July 7 2005, 12:39 pm:
No, there really isn't a way because if you had your period for a year, then it will eventually become irregular and you won't know for a year or two. Start marking your calendar; mark the days you get your period and after a few period, you'll find a pattern and this can determine when you'll get your next period. Also, if you go on the pill, that will help regulate your period, and you'll know when you'll get your period.

you can kind of, like around a month is when youd get your next period. but it wont be exact for like a few years. so, it may come early one month, late another month. but you should be able to tell around wen its gunna be there.

NEVERLETG00 answered Thursday July 7 2005, 11:54 am:
its about a 28 day cycle. count the days until your next one should be around. you can't tell the exact day itll be on unless using birth control.

Yeah, when you start to become regular it should be anywhere from 28-30 days.

Here's a site I found a while ago tha might help you out.

itss 28 days. unless you're irregular. if yours comes a week early, or a week late. then ask you doctor if there is any meds u can have. some people use birth control patches or pills when they're supposed to GET their periods that month and it helps regulate it.

no1believesme answered Thursday July 7 2005, 10:22 am:
normally you count 28 days later on the calender from when your last period started..but every body is different..like for me, i have had mine for about three years, and im super irregular,, one month i will skip mine, and then i will have it for a month..it just depends on the person..if you are pretty normal then it should be only about 28 days between each one....

jeni_xoxo answered Thursday July 7 2005, 10:12 am:
Make a mark on the calender the represents when you start and another one the represents when your off. Do that for 3 or 4 periods. Count how many days are between each of them. And then average those numbers. That will tell you about how long between each period so you'll know about when you start. Also if your on birth control you can control when you have you period or not. For more information about that (i'll explain the best I can if you want) contact your local gyno. I hope that all made sense and I hope I helped..If not write me back and I'll try again.
