cheerleading this is a question directed to the cheerleaders..
does anyone know any effecitve and quick ways to increase the height of my jumps?

hey!
yes there are ways. if you have a trampoline or know someone that has one. or if you go swimming a lot you can practice off the side of off the diving board.

yes. you have to strech alot and practice ALOT!!! if u have a trampoline it helps major ]
use a trampoline if you've got one! and other than that, lots of pratice!:)
make sure you streatch well, and that you arnt too tired!

go on a trampoline((If not use the ground)) and just keep repeating, 1)toe touch, 2)pike, 3)tuck. that should really help. ]

heyy .. i am a cheerleader so i can help you out okay well i am a flyer on the team and my jumps werent so good either but i did splits and streched out to music everynight for 30 minutes to 1 hour ( whatever time i had ) and it helped and during the summer i also tried doing some jumps of the trampoline p.s i love talking to cheerleading so leave your s/n when you rate please

well it depends on the types of jumps... when i praticed for toe touches i practiced splits day after day after day until i could go all the way down both ways and that SERIOUSLY HELPED ME! soo pratice streching!

hey whats up? i had this same problem..ok so just stretch out each night REALLY GOOD n do like 5 jumps a day n they should get better each n every time! hope i helped ]
yEaH..if you use leg weights it stregthens it (there hard) yet when you take them off the are like really high! and if you keep doing that youll get use to it. KaY? lOvE*yAh-Erin ]
I don't cheerlead but I dance! I'd make bigger preperations! Bend more and it should increase the height! ]
i always like to pratice in a trampoline lol. before you jump to do like a toe touch or something like that...us alot of your knees and not just your foot. really bend and spring off with both of your legs. always seems to help me hehe ]
