yes there are ways. if you have a trampoline or know someone that has one. or if you go swimming a lot you can practice off the side of off the diving board.

cUrLyHaiReDcUtiE16 answered Friday June 3 2005, 6:36 pm: heyy .. i am a cheerleader so i can help you out okay well i am a flyer on the team and my jumps werent so good either but i did splits and streched out to music everynight for 30 minutes to 1 hour ( whatever time i had ) and it helped and during the summer i also tried doing some jumps of the trampoline p.s i love talking to cheerleading so leave your s/n when you rate please
