Dont worry..you havent stoped growing. . i mean im 14 and only 5 foot..You just not have hit your groth spurt yet! and if you have..then look at the bright side..being short is fun!

I was pretty short b4 I got my period. I was 4'10! now I'm 5'4. I grew like 2 inches in a week for a few weeks. I thought I was done growing but I wasnt. Just be patient.

Every girl has there period some point in life so don't worrie you want it tell you have it I should know I am 13 and I used to want my period all the time tell I got it now it sucks

this question made me smile because i thought the exact same thing when i was 13 years old!!! then i got mine and i wanted it to go away! and i dont think growth has to do anything with your peroids! you might not stop growing until you are 16-18! so dont worry about it! enjoy life before your period (lol sorry if this scares you, you'll still enjoy it after too!) and have fun!!

I worried about the same thing at the age of 13. Then at about the middle of 14 I got mine. Ask your mother when she got hers. Usually you will have yours around the same time. I did.
You don't REALLY stop growing till about 18 for most girls. I am only 5'3ish and I am 15 years old. So don't sweat it.
Feel happy you don't have your period yet. It sucks!

There is nothing to be worried about. You haven't stopped growing. You are only thirteen. Many girls don't get their periods until they are 15 or 16. And once you hit puberty after your period, everything will start growing alot faster. You juss have to be patient. And it also might help if your still really worried to talk to your doctor. Most probably you've been slow in growth all your life and you just have to give it time. So don't stress. Be glad you don't have a period. lol Cuz once you do, you'll be wishing you didn't. ~Sherah

You can get your period ANYTIME, so do not get stressed about that. And don't worry, once you have it, you won't want it. As far as if you have stopped growing, you're 13, many teens do not grow further until they are near 15. Just be happy you haven't had the "pleasure" of going through changes yet and enjoy being free of all the stress.

Hey dont get yourself worked up. I am 14 and I just got mine. tust me its not something you want. But you have to be a certain weight to get it because I got mine once but itwent away for 5 months bc I was so skinny and I lost lots of blood. But if you turn 14 and its like 6 months after your b-day talk to your mom and see what she can do for you. I hope I helped

You havent stop growing you dont properly stop growing untill the age of 21 or something like that. Dont worry you have a few years to start your period. Everyone grows different speeds and times

Some girls get their period at a late age, especially if they have lost weight or have developed an eating disorder. It is unlikely that you have stopped growing at age 13. It is normal to get your period as early as 9 years old and as late as 16 years old. This is a big time range and it is hard to be one of the first or one of the last. Girls who are active in sports or very thin may not develop until a later age.
