Ok my teeth weren't that screwed but I got braces anyway for a cosmetic reason..anyway, I only get them on for 5 months..it's been 2 months and I don't notice any difference..is this normal or is it just a waste of time..please tell me when I should notice a difference! (link)

My period started early today and im going shopping tomorrow!! It wouldnt be a problem or anything but i have really heavy periods and the 2nd day is always the heaviest. Tomorrow is gonna be the 2nd day! im not calling it off because i cant let my friends down and ive wanted to get some cds and stuff im buying tomorrow for ages. any suggestions, like how i can cope and what i should do?! and when i say heavy i mean really heavy as have to use night pads in the day and change them every 2 hours. you should buy Platex Beyond tampons because they are made for ppl with heavy flow and also where a pad also just incase or a liner

i baby sat this little boy a few months back and i met his brother at the same time one time we were out walking and he told me that his bro had wrote a suacide letter i didnt believe him.. but i've started hangin out with his brother whos my age, when i looked for a top in his drawer i found this note book i read the first line saw it was the letter, then he turned around and goes do u mind, so i put it back, but im really worried now i dont know whether to tell him i know, just be a friend and try to help him without telling him, maybe see if i can read the letter when he aint in his room some time i duno please help! sweetie idk what you or what he is going through but you should try to bring it up in a conversation but dont push it on him just tell him that alot of ppl love him and that you would be heartbroken if he does !

if you really want to loose weight you have to commit yourself to atleast a workout 3 eimes a week
make a plan to work out the same times every week so you dont have to worry about it !

i went to get my hair hilited professionally and it turned out really bad, and i was just wondering if i buy a product off the counter and used that, would the hilites go away or would it still be there ? (link)

if you re-color it back to a differnt color it will be ok but after a couple of washes it will fade out and the you would see the highlights!
so you have 2 choices
1.keep coloring your hair when it gets washed out and wait till your highhlights grow out
2. shave your head
