Most sexually active ( dont have to be though) do. Multiple reasons. It can be the guy's preference (honestly, who wants to pick pubes out of their teeth after going down on their partner? ) For guys, it can make them feel more confident in 'size'. And less hair for both = less cleanup/difficulties.
To answer though, yes, most women do. Wax it, even, so they dont have to boter with it later.
