x3kendall answered Monday May 2 2005, 7:58 pm: totally normal, don't worry. Once you start it's a bit irregular for your first few times. Later on you can start marking your calander & know when it's comming.
xHeRex2xHeLpx answered Saturday April 30 2005, 2:02 pm: The number of days between the starting day of one period and the starting day of the next one is about 28 days (four weeks, or one month), but different women have different cycle times, which can change with their age. When girls first start having periods, they can be quite irregular, and it might take two years before they settle down into a regular cycle that is normal for them. Some girls or women always have irregular periods.

thanks for letting me help you!!
sexyhottsnowbunny answered Wednesday April 27 2005, 4:43 pm: Well it is COMPLETELY normal. You have nothing to worry about. Especially if you HAVE NEVER HAD SEX (but if you have you should check EPT or FIRST RESPONSE) ANd if you are early in getting your period and have only had 1 or 2... then it's perfectly normal :)

Karen answered Wednesday April 27 2005, 4:38 pm: Yes, it's definitely normal to have a late period. Once you start menstruating, your period won't regulate for a while. A 2 week late period is normal and it happens to me all the time.
xXxpinky615xXx answered Wednesday April 27 2005, 4:34 pm: Yes it's very normal to have a late period especially if you've only had it for under 4 years. For the first 3-4 years of getting your period it is never on a set schedule for most women. The only time it wouldn't be a good thing is if you are sexually active because that could most definately mean that you're pregnant. Other than that it is completely normal and you have nothing to worry about. Also, if you are into any sports such as softball, dance, spring soccer, etc. that as well could delay your period because being physically active will delay it a little bit.
