Age..
Well there is this guy that i really like and he likes me. He even broke up with his girlfriend for me. He always tells me about how much he loves me and everything. He is .perfect.!, but there is one problem..AGE. His mom won't let him date me bcause he could go to jail. Some of his friends have been giving him hell about it too. Others say we should hookup. His best friend is trying to tell him he wont go to jail. I really love him, what should i do!?

Okay so he loves you...really you need to put more details in like how old he is and how old you are because if hes like 18 and you are 12 then that definitely shood not happen but otherwise feel free to "hook up" with him!

Don't date him. This isn't love, this guy is only a pervert, no love ever occurs between an adult and a minor. I know you've got those answers saying, "hey, age don't matter!" well, guess what? well it really depends on how old he is.If he's 19 and your like 13 or 14 then he could go to jail. But if your 16 and he's 19 theres nothing wrong with that. Age is nothin but a number but in the eyes of the law it isn't. If you know that you having an emotional and physical relationship with him can get him in jail then you should just be friends with him.

If he is 18 or older, and you are not...not a good idea. He could go to jail if this got serious between you because he is considered an adult and you are not. If your parents found out you were dating him, they could also get him in trouble. If this is the case, then I'm sorry, his mom and friends are right.

Dating isn't illegal. Hugging, kissing, and any kind of sex are in most states. This is called statuatory rape if he does any of these things, and he could go to jail. I don't see the point of a relationship if you are paraniod over what you can and cannot do, so if I were you, I would not date him. If you are really in love, he'll be there when you become of age.

Girl!!! LoL..I know what your talking about. But as long as you DONT have sex then no one can do ANYTHING about it. You can date but not have sex, but if you did have sex how is anyone going to know?? Its NOT illegal everyone thinks so but its not as long as you dont have sex.
