Question Posted Thursday March 31 2005, 10:18 pm

I can never eat breakfast- one because I'm a bit lazy because I'm tired and two because I'm not a big fan of it, but I know it's unhealthy not to eat it and I know you can gain weight from not eating it because then you pig out at lunch and the rest of the day. Any suggestions [besides fruit] and please note that I'm on a tight scheduale and don't have alot of time to eat or prepare it [no cereal suggestions, please]

I would suggest yogurt. Have you seen those yogurt smoothie things? They're easy to eat...drik. w/e! anyway... it's quick, easy, and yogurt helps you lose weight faster. It all works out. I'm not a big fan of breakfast either. :)

Cereal bars are quick and easy, you could eat them on the way to school or whatever. So much easyer than sitting there with a bowl :P

theres these breakfast shake and theyre called carnation meal replacement shakes. they take a minute to make you just pour the milk and put the mix in and shake or mix it up. hope i helped

To start this is not cereal its a cereal bar. They are like cereal except you hold them in one hand general mills makes them or try pop tarts they are always good.

hmm i know that it might not be what your craving in the morning, but it is really unhealty. because if you think about it you dont eat for like a lot of hours like could be even 12 hours(!), your body get hungry, so it eats the nutrients in your muscles ((which help them get bigger and stronger, and grow)) so you have little muscle left. try maybe some toast with juice, or a waffle, or like a like frozen bagels, cereal bars are good for the go. something quick. but you should definitely eat, because its really bad for you

You can eat granola bars, fruit bars, pop tarts, and toast, besides fruit and cereal. Pop tarts take a few minutes to make, whether they are the types that you put the glaze on top or just the regular ones that come in packages. Toast takes about a few minutes. There are the only foods that you need to prepare and the rest you don't have to.

i odnt eat breakfest either, its not that bad for you if you dont pig out, but eat a little bit more at luch, its only a few hours diffrence.but for some peoples body, you need breakfest. just grab a juice box and maybe a energy or ceral bar on your way out and eat on the way to school or work.

Try eating a cereal bar or fruit bar every morning. There are many different brands and flavours to try and they are filling. You can pretty much grab one and go as they can be eaten on the move.

You can get ceral bars. Which are small and you dont have to make them, And there full of energy!

get some of those 'to-go' breakfast bars at your local supermarket..or cook something in the mornings that dont take long to cook..like eggs, toast, toaster strudels, frozen waffles, etc.! hope i helped!

you can buy cereal bars....when u said no cereal suggestions i dont know if you meant you dont like it or what not, but i have cereal bars. or i have thos elittle muffin bites..they come in like a boz and theres like 5 poushes of 4 muffins in each, and i just take those out to my bus stop or in the car. i know exactly what your going through, i have the tightest schedule of anyone i know, and im the laziest person i know once i actually get out of bed. I have found (especally at sams but other places too) that there are like sausage, pancakes, eggs, ALL KINDS OF STUFF that you put in the microwave and heat up in a matter of maybe 45 seconds at most. another plus, is they are very delicious!

Recently scientists discovered that eating yogurt every day can actually help you lose weight over a period of a few months. Extra incentive to eat it now, eh? Well, yogurt is good, especially if you're on the go and need something quick. You could eat a healthy cheese omelet and a glass of milk (eggs take less than a minute to cook). Eat some peanut butter toast with blackberry jam. Eat a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Eat anything, so long as you eat something! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating breakfast can help you have more energy throughout the day (so you won't feel like you need to pig out at lunch or the rest of the day) and it can help you concentrate (helps you especially if you have nasty icky first hour tests at school). Breakfast bars work really well - whether their granola bars or those kind of recent cereal bars with the "milk & cereal" all in a small bar or some yogurt - you can try getting the small containers with the spoons attached or a plastic spoon! &hearts; Laura
