Daddy's Birthday

Question Posted Saturday February 26 2005, 6:47 pm

Tomorrow is my dad's birthday, but I don't know what to get him. There's not really any time to go buy him something, and I wanted to make him something special anyway. What should I make him?

It's your dad, he'll love anything you get him as long as its from your heart. Maybe as a joke get something out of his drawer and say in the card "Recycling, the new way of life" I think your father will find that pretty funny.

You might have already done this but if you have an old or newer picture frame that's not being used, you could put a picture of you and your dad or your whole family together and paint the frame yourself.

You could have the hole day planned out for him. Maybe make him a morning breakfast. Make him a card and explain how much he means to you, or put 50 reason why he's such a great dad. Then make him some dinner and have a little movie night; Rent some movies and hangout at home, while having a talk and catching up on things.

dear birthday trouble,

it all depends on what your dad likes and what you're good at. if you're good at making necklaces, then go ahead and make a necklace for him! if you're good at making nail polish, go ahead and make it! your dad will accept anything you make for him, even if it is a little girly, or lets just say-different. he'll definately appreciate that you put the time and effort into making him something, no matter what it might be. <3

You can make him a homemade card and you can write a letter in it about how important he is to you and such. You can make him a morning breakfast and have him eat it in bed. He will probably like that, because my dad did. What ever you give him, he will love it and it doesn't matter what it is, since you actually gave him something.

Make him is favorite dessert, or a cake!! DECORATE the whole house, or lik the dining room with "Happy #th Birthday Dad" signs. Also, make him a REALLY nice card!

Go buy cake mix and make him a cake. Decorate it with the little letters that say "Happy Birthday Dad." and make him his fave, even if you hate it.
