Is losing a lot of weight good or bad? I i got the dancing game i wanted (DDR). I cant stop playing it. My mom says i acn lose a lot of weight playing it. Is losing a lot of weight good or bad? I need help.

It really depends on how much you weigh. If your over-weight, losing a lot of weight is great! But if your average, losing a lot of weight can be bad. But DDR won't effect you a lot if your an average weight. In this case, DDR wont help you loose like 30 lbs you obsess over the game and play it ever second and get good, but you should be fine. play on!

It depends. It can be good, but there is such a thing as losing too much weight. That can be bad. I didn't know you could lose lots of weight from playing dance dance revolution, but well, you learn something knew everyday. But it all depends how much you lose. Just make sure that you check your weight, and that it isn't too little. Like make sure your weight isn't under 90 unless you're under 5 foot, heck I think make sure unless you're shorter than 5 foot that your weight isn't under 100. But check your weight often and compare it to what it should be, or compare it to 5lbs over the lowest it should be. Your weight should always be 3-5 pounds higher than the LOWEST weight!! well loosing alot of weight is good IF your OVER weight. but if your average u could lose some. but if your under average, i wouldnt recomend losing alot of weight!! but i play that game and as long as you still eat right and play that game you wont lose alot alot of weight! ♥ ]
it depends on how much weight you lose. if you were skinny to start with, and you lose a lot of weight, then that would be really bad because you'll look too skinny. if you werent really skinny in the beginning, then losing a lot of weight would be good.. ]
It can be bad in a way because if you loose too much weight you can look anorexic. But i mean if you loose a little weight I mean sure =) just as long as you keep those curvvesss! hhahaha

losing alot of weight is really really good because most people want to lose weight and make there bodies look good but there are other ways to ose weight eating better more excirese and vegetables maybe jog around where you live those are just a few ways to lose weight. ]
You'd have to work five hours a day nonstop to actually lose weight, so don't worry- the only thing that will happen is that you'll be more in shape. If you're sweating and you don't want to lose weight, than take a break. ]
It depends on how much u way now! If your happy w/ your weight, then it could be a bad thing, but if you think your over weight, then just keep playing! Hope this helps!!!

it depends on how much you weigh... if you are really skinny then play it less. if you are over 200 pounds! then it would be a good idea to work out to it regulary.... good luck <3 x0o ]
If you loose weight its deffinitly not a bad thing unless your loosing too much weight way to fast. I have a friend that lost a lot of weight a day because of Track so her mom made her stop participateing in sport. If your loosing a lot of weight by playing DDR then cut down your " dancing time" a bit. Find something else to keep you occupied instead of DDR.

It depends on if you want to lose any and how much you weigh. It's not like you are going to lose like 100 pounds, you may lose a pound or 2 but thats not bad...hope this helps! ]
Its fine. Your mom is just mad because all your doing is working out and getting in shape, she wants you to loath around and do nothing all day, shes sad your playing something and having fun. Tell her to shut up you're having fun. ]
This is a dumb question. What you are doing is a form of excercise. Wether you are fat or skinny, exercise is always a good idea. ]
That really depends on who you ask.
Most teenage girls think that they can never be too skinny(not really that's somewhat of a stereotype). This leads to...no, not exercise, the next best thing, eating very little, and vomiting a lot!
Really though, losing weight is not really a bad thing, and if its through exersise, and not starvation, then it should be fine.
Oh, and if you ever become too skinny, as in you become addicted akin to some of the others on this site, you can look into FFR(Flash Flash Revolution). Its a flash-based version of the game, that you can play for free on the internet. Grab a bag of chips, and sit your ass down for some binge eating and non-exercising. Cheers! ]

Well, if you are average or over weight, wouldn't losing weight be good for you? It is good for you, as long as you do it in a healthy way like exercising and eating healthy. Losing weight can be bad for you but most of the time, it isn't. When you are playing DDR, you are moving your whole body, which is exercising. Hope I helped :)
