throat will taste like blood tommorow at school we'll have to do a run for 12 minutes and i have a soar throat. if i run for that amount of time my throat will taste like blood and i dunwant to make it worse so what can i do to fix my soar throat?

try those new sore throat strips you put on your tounge, bring some throat spray to school, or take some pills to school..just hide them. if none of those things work...get your parents to write you a note saying that you are sick and you cant run.

When i have a soar throat i use Cold-eeze the lemon and lime kind and i think it worx relly good...and it tastes good well it tastes alot alot better than halls...and tea with honey in it will also work if you wanted to try that... ]
Water Maybe. or have your mom write a note, or tell your teacher(s) for pe that you are sick, and that you cant. Say that you will walk tho.
Did you know weather you walk or run a mile- you burn the same amount of calories, but walking is better for your joints?

Talk to your gym teacher or school nurse about it. They may let you skip it if it's really bad. If they don't let you skip it ask them if you can bring some water along with you. I hope I helped! ♥ good luck ]
This is an old home remedy that really works:
Dissolve an aspirin in a glass of warm salt water and gargle. ]
If you bring in a note from your parents you should be able to sit it out. If that doesn't work, take a water bottle and drink during the run to refresh your throat. ]
Don't run. It isn't good for your sore throat. Ask your mom, dad, guardian to give you a note to get out of gym. Drink warm fluids, and if that doesn't help, drink something cold for the pain. ]
tell your coach or whoever u have a sore throat. theyll understand ]

Well all i can say is prob. A. Bring water becuase that always soothes the throught or get a parent to sign a note in saying that your are not well and you can ttake the run later. ]

Try sucking on a cough drop while your running without chokeing on it lol. Bring a water bottle with you to drink while your running. Make sure you drink lots of fluids like water and ecspeacially tea. Tell the teacher person whos makeing you do it that your throat hurts or have ur parent guardian write a note for you to take to school. Hope you feel Better!!!

Your best bet is to get a parent to write you a note excusing you from "strenuous activity" and/or PE. ]
the best thing is to get ur medications to help it. another solution, breath in from ur nose and out through your mouth when running. it probably wont be as bad. or you can at least get a note to sit out the run. ]
Askk your mom to write you a knote and breath thru your nose!
