Did you know weather you walk or run a mile- you burn the same amount of calories, but walking is better for your joints?
Erinn_the_bamf answered Friday February 4 2005, 7:32 am: Talk to your gym teacher or school nurse about it. They may let you skip it if it's really bad. If they don't let you skip it ask them if you can bring some water along with you. I hope I helped! ♥ good luck [ Erinn_the_bamf's advice column | Ask Erinn_the_bamf A Question ]

Farren answered Thursday February 3 2005, 11:22 pm: If you bring in a note from your parents you should be able to sit it out. If that doesn't work, take a water bottle and drink during the run to refresh your throat. [ Farren's advice column | Ask Farren A Question ]
jazziewolf answered Thursday February 3 2005, 10:45 pm: Don't run. It isn't good for your sore throat. Ask your mom, dad, guardian to give you a note to get out of gym. Drink warm fluids, and if that doesn't help, drink something cold for the pain. [ jazziewolf's advice column | Ask jazziewolf A Question ]

Make sure you drink lots of fluids like water and ecspeacially tea. Tell the teacher person whos makeing you do it that your throat hurts or have ur parent guardian write a note for you to take to school. Hope you feel Better!!!
