Peple always told me" its on the inside not the outside" and its a basicly good statment , but there is nothing wrong with working to look& feel good with your body. - just a suggestion-
BlondeMoment250 answered Thursday December 16 2004, 1:53 pm: You are really lucky to weigh that amount. I think that your mom is right because I am like 5'4" and 120lbs, but I have come to grips with the fact that that is not really all that bad. Most is muscle too. If you want to lose, say, 5 lbs then that may be a good idea, but I wouldn't be too worried about it.
Alin75 answered Thursday December 16 2004, 12:44 pm: Losing 15 pounds in a month is completely unhealthy for someone your weight. The heavier you are the more you can allow yourself to lose in a given time period- but 15pounds in a month is a lot for a 400 pound man.
Seriously though, why not do it in three months and do it safely? All you should do is create a small calorie deficit and increase your level of excercise slightly and it will come off. Good luck. [ Alin75's advice column | Ask Alin75 A Question ]

Skinny ISN'T always beautiful! but if you really wanna loose weight i say excercise! its important to eat a healthy and balanced meal.

Your only 13, you shouldn't be worrying about weight, especially since you are already at a healthy weight. You need to stop looking at yourself as overweight or you become unhealthy because of trying to find your perfect figure.
You play soccer, you have muscles, muscles weigh more than fat, so I'm guessing all of your friends wish they could be like you.
Weight really does mean nothing. Do you look fat? I'm guessing no. If you don't look fat then your fine. You could be much healthier than all the other people who you feel like you need to be like, even if they are 5-15 pounds lighter.
I'm 5'4" or so and weight anywhere from 125-135 depending on how much I ate any certain day. I'm at a good weight. 115 is perfect for your age and height. With your healthy lifestyle of playing soccer, and hopefully eating right, you should be fine. [ selectopaque's advice column | Ask selectopaque A Question ]

They may be skinny, but they also may be the ones with the health problems. I play soccer too, and I have gained weight by the addition of muscle mass. You should just eat healthy, excersize daily and by the time you know it, you will have lost 15 pounds. Hope I helped! [ soccerplayer6's advice column | Ask soccerplayer6 A Question ]
