bEnJiGCbAbY1 answered Tuesday December 14 2004, 9:26 pm: do about 20 crunches for about 3 days, and then step it up to about 30, for another day or two. and eventually get to 50, 100-200 a day! thats wat i did, and my stomach got a lot flatter! i indid up doing about 200 a day... but then i got too tired to do them and i dont have a small six pak anymore... so just keep it up and FEEL THE BURN! lol

reach_for_the_stars_14 answered Tuesday December 14 2004, 9:22 pm: ok first of all you should do 20 sit ups three times a day, when you get good at that then you should keep adding on 5 until you have a flat stomach. this might take a month or less if you really work at it. if you dont then it will take you much longer. good luck and happy holidays!!

xO_Chelsea_Ox answered Tuesday December 14 2004, 8:43 pm: Eat healthier for one thing. And every night, you can do 100 sit-ups and crunches a night or just do crunches and sit-ups for 1 hour... I don't know how long that will take, but if you start at that high of a number then you can get a flat stomach in no time! I hoped i helped!! :)
Avocodo answered Tuesday December 14 2004, 8:32 pm: To get a flater stomach you already know what everyone will tell you, eat less, eat better, excersise. but there is a lot more to that. First of all never eat less, the best thing to do is just eat healther, like salad with lowfat dressing, water, and an apple and thats it for lunch. And when it comes to excersisng try to excersise about 2 hours and a half, try something you like to do. it is also a good thing to try and not to slow yourself down, just keep trying to keep at the same pace, beacause if you take breaks you are more likely to give up. also besides doing something you like (dance, workout etc whatever) try to do push up and crunches for at least a half hour every two days, then work yourself from there [ Avocodo's advice column | Ask Avocodo A Question ]
Supaman answered Tuesday December 14 2004, 7:47 pm: Hello,
Well if your looking to tone your stomach i would no go with doing 50-100 crunches or sit-ups a night, that will flat out give you abs, and sometimes people dont like having very noticable abs..well the solution you could use is using a ladder type work out, but you have to be truthful with it and do it everyday and it takes longer then acouple weeks, well what you wanna do is pick out a time of night that your open to do your workout, once done do 3 sets of ten crunches, after that, drink some water, wait 2-3 minutes and do it again but add five as you progress, do this only about 3-4 times a night, if you do it more your willing to hurt yourself or not get the right excersize out of it, only do crunches though, sit-ups create more of a noticable ab instead of a nice flat toned stomach. Do this everyday of the week and make sure to keep the water part in mind, no need in getting dehydrated over a nice simple exercise. Hope it helps....and if you dont know the form of a crunch, cross your arms against your chest, and keep your legs in the air with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle and lift your shoulder blades off the ground and go until your elbows hit your knees. then back down and over again....Have fun :)

It would help to make a workout plan or even make a chart to record your weight. You could also make another chart that has the days of the week and your exercise plan so you can mark off what you do and each day you do it. Then tape it on your wall to track your progress! Good luck! [ xObroKen68x3's advice column | Ask xObroKen68x3 A Question ]
