My life is hell and I am confused
I am 16 years old and I have been through hell and back! My mom was with a guy for nine years and I was molested by him. Now every year she is with a new guy. In February I was raped by my brother in-law and my mom didn't believe me at first, I was called a liar and I was told that I asked for it, the cops didn't even believe me until I took a polygraph test! I eventually got away from my mom because she hit me one day. I was living with one of her friends which kicked me out of her house for smoking cigs (She knew before I moved in that I was a smoker and I NEVER smoked in her house or even on her property!) I tried to kill myself because I didnt want to go back to my mom, i was placed in a mental institution for 4 months and now I am living with my mom again! She of course is with another guy. In the last few weeks my mom has had two strokes because of her boyfriend yelling and threatning her! I can't take it! I have enough problems of my own and the other night I tried to kill myself again! I dont want to end up back in the hospital and my moms new boyfriend is cool as long as they aren't fighting. I am scared that my mom is going to get hurt and I am going to end up dead because the slightest things make me want to cut, burn, or die! I still don't feel close to my mom, but I spent so long fighting her and finally gave in. I have no where to go but back to the hospital and I dont want that! WHAT DO I DO!

first of all i think that you need to talk to a counselor to work out your problems. DO NOT KILL YOURELF!! that is not the way out. you may not know it but the people around you will miss you if you are gone. you could seriously hurt yourself if you keep cutting. u need some help!

Well, you need to stop that bullshit cutting and attempting to kill yourself that will get you back into the mental institution quick dont ya* think? You just need to try and handle things better. Like find something else that reliefs your pain and stress. Yeah I know why ppl* cut becuase I used to be one too like a year ago then i quit becuase I found someone. And also because I found out expressing my feelings on paper relieved a *lot* of pain and stress. Tell your mom what you really think about and go on from there. Just please don't cut, burn, or attempt to kill yourself again I don't want ~anyone~ to hurt themselves. It will be ok just find another way to take all your pain out. For example:
1) Scream in your pillow ha, ha sometimes I still do that
2) Start to write and express your feelings with a piece of paper and a pen/pencil
3) Just take a couple of breaths and just chill

i am a mother..my first thing i must do is PROTECT my children. Tell her..YOU NEED TO live your DAM* life w/o ANY men as you have not only hurt and scarred your child for life..you might be dead too.
If no other realtive are safe you might have to go to Foster care...oh man..i wish I could do something..why can't your MOM dump these MOLESTORS and just live with YOU alone???
MOM if you are reading this..not only have you RUINED your life..but you LET a SCUMBAG touch your child...you should NEVER ever be allowed to date again..period...

I suggest seeing a counselor. It is different than being in a hospital. You can tell the counselor everything that's going on with your family, and perhaps they can help you cope with it and alleviate the urges to harm or kill yourself.

well apparently God still wants you on this world.. otherwise he would have already condemned you to hell... well anyways besides that... I think you should try getting adopted by one of your aunts or uncles just cause it's not healthy for you to live in that type of environment.. I mean if I were put in that situation I'd understand what you mean by trying to kill yourself but just go and see if like your aunt or uncle can adopt you

aWwW hUnnY! i am really sorry about all of this... i always think i have it bad when my parents won't let me stay out until 2:00 but now i should rethink my "problems" i feel horrible... you should not be going through this.. as much as i wanted to die when my 1st boyfriend of 8 months in 7th grade broke up with me... i knew that things would get better. think of yourself 10 years older. married? kids? just think that you really DO deserve to live if you have survived all of this! and you don't want to end back up in the institutuon because i'm guessing it wasnt the best place to reside?!? is there anybody you could possibly live with until things get back to normal again... i dont know your exact family situation.. but would you be willing to live with your dad/aunt/grandparents? even a friend... you need somebody to talk to now... more then ever.. so confide in somebody you can trust! but whatever you do... dont hurt yourself anymore! because it kills to me think about people dyIng! :( especially when they dont have to... my best friend always tells me that killing yourself is the most selfish thing you can do... because its just an easy soultion to your problems! aWwW! i hope everything turns out oK hUnNy! talk 2 me if you ever need to! hope i helped you! good luck!

!WOW! Im sorry you had to go through all of that! What ever you do, DO NOT KILL YOUR SELF. Try to find a counseler you can talk to if you tell them your story some times they can help. Try to think positive and try to keep your head up high.

wow... well, first of all, im really sorry that you've had to go through all of this. im really sorry if this doesn't help but here it is...
look on the positive side... theres only a few more years until you get to go to college and if you live in a dorm then you won't have to worry about living with your mom and her hurting you. as far as the cutting and trying to kill yourself goes, when you feel like you need to do that, then think of anything in your life that makes you happy (ANYTHING AT ALL) and thats worth living for. as far as being raped and molested goes, its in your past now and you have to try to forget it (like you said, your mom's new boyfriend is cool so hopefully you won't have to worry about that with him). Please Just Don't Kill Yourself, You Sound Like A Really Great Girl!
