Sorry this is long, but i rate high! :)
I have a friend...lets call her Jill. Well jill is really cool to hang out with...when she isnt around guys or we arent on the subject of guys. She always uses guys and she flirts with them, and leads them on all the time and then she ends up crushing them. She always steals the gusy her friends like (including the guys i like...) and we are all sick of it. I really want to tell her off because i have talked to her about it before but just talking to her wont get through to her. I want her to really realize what a slutty jerk she has turned into. because she used to be really cool. Please help!

Hummmm....well if talking to her dosnt work,and I always go for the talking first,then comes this.
Make her realize what a jerk she has been,Tell her that u and ur friends are tired of it and that u want it to stop.
If she dosnt realize,then stop hanging with her,if she STILL dont get the point,leave her,she is a lost case she will have to learn it,but not from u,and I guess she will learn the hard way.
U probably deserve to hang out with better friendships if this dosnt work out

just let her know how you feel, just like you told me.. im sure she'll thank u afterwords bc she mite know how shes acting. so just sit her down n tell her everything about how shes acting n if she doesnt get it, then u need to show her. fine some way for it to get thru her head n make her realize she needs to change

so tell her just that, that she is being a slutty jerk. i mean, if you said you already tried to explain to her in a nice way about the way she is, and you arent the only one who sees how she is and is sick of it, then maybe you and your friends should just approach her and get a little agressive about it. let her know, that hooking up with guys just to play with thier minds, especially ones that you know youre good friends like, is messed up. she should have a little more respect for her firends and herself. and once she is with a guy that you like, you cant have him anymore cuz no one wants thier friends sloppy seconds. and tell her soon, because if you dont, pretty soon she will have had all the guys and thier wont be any left for you and your friends.

I have the same problem and let's just call her Lill. Lol she does the same things as you but I've gotten so comfortable with ehr that I just tell her that she's a slut, she gets the point when everyone tell's her it, or I just tell her off but that's me but lets get to you! just tell that girl that she can't hog em all, or you can punch her in the face. That always makes people get the picture! Hope I helped! lol :)

Personally i would tell her off. I am one of those people though that if you piss me off im a kick your ass. tell her to listen here and tell her what you think of her. id also reevaluate your friendship too. but just sit her down and tell her she is fixin to get it if she dont stop. just remember its you and your friends who are tired of it against her!

God that sucks! I see the problem. She may have gotten confused or mixed up somewhere in her life so you are going to have to be straight forward. Maybe it would help if you DIDN'T use the words "slut" or "bitch" (...I threw that in because that's how she's acting... but don't say that thought). Let her know what she's doing. For example after she stops talking to some guy and you and her are hanging tou alone say something like, "Jill... don't you think you're with too many guys?" or something. Then bring up you and your friends' stolen curhses. "That wasn't cool Jill. I liked that guy. Friends don't steal friends' crushes." Once you're in the subject tell her how she's changed and how uncool it is. Ask her if anything is wrong and make sure she realized you'reinterested in her well-being and you'll always be there for her. And that she realizes how destructive her behavior is and how it affects hersef as well (for example her ruined reputation and social life).

find a guy and tell him 2 play along with jills little scheme to take guys. then have them get lead on and at the last minute, pretend to be all flirty with the guy and have him choose you over her. she'll get flared and it will be so funny lol

talk to your friend, tell her to lay off your guys or to take a hike, she must not be that good of a friend if she can't leave your guys alone, tell her to back off and stop being such a skank (sorry for being harsh, just trying to keep it real), you prolly don't need her anyways, or hey start doing that to her and when she gets all pissy about it just say "now you know how we feel"
