Extra Tooth..
Okay, picture this.. if you look at your teeth not the two front, not the next ones. but the next ones.. i haven't lost yet, their the only ones i haven't lost and i have an extra tooth growing out of my gums and its like way up there, and you can kind of see it when i smile but i think its grown to its fullest. but i dont wanna get my two teeth removed because i am 14, and I'll get picked on really bad, would u get them pulled?? or would u just wait for them to fall out?? please help

well wut does the dentist say you shud do? i wud follow w/e he says..is the teeth you still need to lose like loose? you dont wanna pull them out and then the own in your gum doesnt cum out correctly..do sumfin bout it..w/e it is..dont leave tht tooth in your gum:-) itll hurt really bad wen yah older.

i would do what my dentist recommended.trust me no one is going to make fun of you for fixing your teeth! and if you dont do what he recommends it could make your teeth worse!

the one thats growing in your gums should be removed but i didnt lose all my teeth till i was like 15 or 16 and i kno sum other people who didnt either the dentist can check to make sure theres another tooth underneath it to grow in and if there isnt then they might pull it and give u fake ones but even if u had fake teeth u cant tell their fake so it wouldnt matter

I had a friend who had that... and it looked really weird and stupid, she was so beautiful and it was her only fault. Then again, I almost had that and I messed with my teeth until they fell out and I had two missing "vampire" teeth and it made me look like a retard. But that was over the summer and they grew back by the second semester. any how... choose between having a fault or "retarded toothless smile"... or if you get it pulled you should do it over the summer.

i still havent lost all my teeth either and i also used to have the problem you talk about were a tooth is growing in but your other tooth is still there...i had to get it pulled, i think you should go to your dentist and see what he says...you will probably have it pulled but dont worry it doesnt hurt...

Pull them! Because if you dont and those teeth dont come out for awhile and that tooth going in will ruin like you whole mouth and you will major mouth problems!

They might not fall out...I had one tooth that hadn't fallen out when I was like 12..and when I got braces in 6th grade, my orthodontist was looking @ the x-rays and I had an impacted tooth. It was stuck behind the bone and it was growing backwards. You should probably go to the dentist and get some x-rays becasue if you do have impacted teeth...you'll have to get surgery. They numb your mouth and all so it doesn't hurt...but like for me (*not trying to scare you...) they had to cut up thru my bone and I had a hole in my mouth for about 3 months. When the tooth finally came in it was in the middle of my mouth...so they had to pull it over by attaching a chain to my braces..but when I closed my mouth my other teeth kinda like..blocked the tooth from moving, so they put a bite ramp in my mouth so I can't close it all the way (*I still have it too! It sucks for making out) So you really should get x-rays. Of course your teeth might just not have grown in yet..but you never kno

Oh, I've had that happen before where your adult tooth grew out above your baby tooth? Well, mine just fell out eventually, but it was when I was about seven and I have braces now. So you'll probably have to get it corrected with braces. If it's already growing out <i>now</i> then you will definitely need braces. It happens when you don't have the baby tooth fall out soon enough, or there's not enough space for them to come in. I had to have head-gear (night) to make my mouth bigger.
But you shouldn't care about having teeth pulled, I had my four canines pulled.

take this from someone who knows! i got 7 teeth pulled at once! u do no that they grow back. if u don't want to look wierd in front of everyone i would get them pulled. if it makes u feel better, u could get them pulled at different times.

Since that tooth is growing on top of your gums, You should go to the dentist. See what he/she says. because I had that too and I didnt have to get the tooth pulled out. Just ask your dentist:)
