if you are in eighth or nineth grade and you aren't in the "going places mode" what planet are you on?! Dude... even six and seventh graders 'go places'. Besides... it'll make you look cooler and older... and going places is fun and gets you something to talk about, or if your at the movies something to not talk about. but if you can't go to a fair, the movies, a cafe/lounge, a local comedy/music/poetry club, the mall, your house, or somewhere... You are pretty much doomed. Just start by saing hi to him... then work your way up to small talk/flirting then call him.

People do it all the time... but does that make it right? No. If you have a religion, or at least some morals or values... you shouldn't be making love when there isn't love with which to make it! so you can have a one-night stand or friend with benefits or ... you could enjoy it so much more by loving the person.

alrighty..well I am 14 and a female & I have this really good guy friend but a few months ago I started feeling differently about him..I told one of my friends and of course she had a big mouth and everyone knew..including him*. So he started being a jerk around me and just ignored me so I figured two could play that game & I just got really pissed at him. I was really hurt that he would ever treat me like that. So then, about 2 weeks later we were all hanging out together like usual but it felt really awkward between me and him. So he pulled me aside and we talked everything out & the only reason why he wasnt talking to me was bcuz the person I told that I liked him went back and told him that I absolutely hated him and never wanted to talk to him again..so yea..we hugged and made up all was well..and I also found out that he liked me too...and from what I know..he still does and so do I..but a few weeks ago he told everyone he was gonna ask me out that night but he never showed..i didn't want to start anything again so I just dropped it, but my friend didnt she told him that he didnt know how to treat girls and he wasnt boyfriend material. This bothered him..I would know bcuz I'm the one he came to and he also wanted to make sure he wasnt being a jerk to me...I know he cares about me and I want to be more than friends but hes too scared to make the move..and my theory is that guys should be the one to make the 1st move..what should i do? this has been going on for too long now.
If a guy is shy, or uncertain, or has had people talking shit about him/you - then it's very unlikely that he'll make the move until he's really comfortable and ready. So I say you need to wait a little bit, tell your friend to back off, and then invite him to go somewhere and ask if he still has feelings for you. If he doesn't ask you out, then ask him out. It's as simple as that... he's a little bunny, and your a little bunny, and your friends is the wolf in between you two, damage you two individually and ruining your innocent bunny relationship. lol.

ok well my mom is a slut and always sleeps with guys she meets online. she never spends time with her kids and whenever we try to talk to her about it she gets all kissy kissy and does it all over again. she stays out until 7 pm to 3 am and comes home with dumb lame and unbelievable excuses. we really need help from someone because she is going to end up hurting herself as well as her kids. please help!

a medium length skirt... natural shade eyeshadow... black eyeliner, some body spray... don't over do it, a tight low-cut shirt that's comfy and not slutty, and I'd say wear your hair up with a strand of hair coming down... that way it looks sexy and doesn't get in the way.
But the sexiest thing of all is confidence and a sense of humor... so have fun and be yourself and you'll have a good time! :)

ok this one of those annoying questions but some ppl dont understand what its like.. i've been mildly anorexic on and off since 5th grade (im in 9th). the thing is im a naturally tall skinny person, i know that, but im like obsessive. im 5'6 and like 106 pounds. my friends are like i'd kill to be as skinny as u but i feel FAT! my other friend tells me im like lara flynn boyle (i dont even no who that is!) lol.. i just want to lose like 3 pounds but im afraid of getting "addicted" to it.. i just dont no what to do. i dont want to be anorexic but i'll be very unhappy if i dont lose like 3 pounds... even though i know im skinny but at the same time i feel FAT and that takes over me.. its really confusing.. AHH what should i do?
You're already addicted, hun... you gotta tell someone... a friend, adult, doctor, teacher, counselor, older sister/brother, parent... if you can stop yourself from losing that weight, you can get over it. You just have to ignore those feelings that you're fat... set a goal to not lose weight, and if you can not lose weight after two weeks- you'll feel better. Ehh... maybe it'll help to know what guys think... most guys say they like girls with more "meat on their bones", plus you're skinny already. Maybe you just need some mood stabilizers... anorexia is often the result of family/friend/relationship problems or other issues. Join a sport/team, write in a journal, punch a punching bag, join a club, yoga is relaxing too, maybe workout.... to take your mind off that. Good luck! I'll pray for you!

well you can use a curling iron WITH specialized gels/creams/liquids or shampoos/conditioners that keep it healthy, shiny, smooth... and not damaged. or you could go to a hair stylist, they can do it for you, they can give you tips and products too.

How do u get rid of stage fright? please help! I rate high! I have a play comming up soon and Im fine doing it with my class but im scared to do the play in front of the whole school and then in front of ever1's parents! PLEASE HELP
try to block them out... if you can't... act like they are your friends or extras in the play. Have staring contests with strangers, yell in public (that helps to get over fear of people staring at you or fear of not being able to speak when on stage) do crazy things in public then you won't be so scared to do something normal like a play. Practice a million times. Try being in character for a whole day at school... that means use the accent/voice, wear the clothes/makeup or hair, and act like that character... ask friends/coworkers/classmates/family to come and get about 100 people or so to watch a dress rehearsal. Breathe deeply. Eat before you go on stage so that you won't faint. Drink water before you go on stage so that your mouth won't get dry/chapped... a prepared person is more likely to be ready. :) Good luck!

At school a few weeks ago, I walked into the assistant principlals office to get my locker combination because I couldn't remember it. While I am in there, the assistant principal takes me into her office and informs me that several teachers and staff that walked into the office said that it smelled of alcohol, and that the strong scent of alcohol was coming from me! She asked if I would be willing to take a breath alizer test and I told her yes, I will take one. Well, I obviously passed the test and then she kept talking about how strong the smell is. I told her I couldn't smell anything! I told her that maybe it's the halls in my mouth that is making the room smell like alcohol, but we both agreed that a tiny little halls can not stink up the whole room with a strong scent of alcohol. So, she brings me all the way out to the front of the school so I can smell fresh air and then back into her office, and I informed her that I still can't smell any alcohol. She was very surprised at this, and kept saying how the smell of alcohol was so strong. She asked if I smoke cigarettes. I told her yes. She asked if I had them on me. I told her no. She asked if I could prove it. I confessed that I did have cigarettes and a lighter on me, but I do not smoke in school and I only carry them on me because I walk home from school and smoke on the way home. She then, searched my things just to be sure, but she asked if she could beforehand. I didn't have anything else on me, and then she suspended me for 3 days. Well, just yesterday, I got a letter in the mail ordering me to court for this. For having cigs and a lighter at school. I just wanted to know..do I have an argument? Was she allowed to do all those things? Do I have any argument at all? I'll rate 5 for everyone. I really need help on this.

I'm not but I wish I was... in Biology we learned about how ham/beef that is slightly uncooked can give you tapeworms/flatworms that can live in your rectum... i'll spare you the horrible details.
