Date or not?

Question Posted Saturday November 20 2004, 2:06 pm

Hey, I have a scenario for you all. female responses would help the best, I have this friend at church, that I hardly talk to, and in the last 3 day,s we have gotten closer, she gave me her cell number and we talk all the time. So I told her 3 day's ago that we should hang out, and she said yeah, we should. So today, saturday, Im gonna call her and find out what time to pick her up, and find out where she lives. Since it's just me and her, and we have gotten closer, what do u think this means? She just wants to be closer friends, or is this a date and we're not just hangin out? what do u think, anyone help me?

depends on weather shes flirting with u or not. if she is then yeah its more like a date. ask her do u consider this a date or just hangin out and having fun. just ask her that and ask her how she feels about u before u leave to pick her up ask her if she likes u more than a friend or just a friend

It sounds like she's interested. When she's in the car or sitting next to you or something. If she's leaning towards you, even slightly, she likes you. If she's sitting straight, she's scared to make a move or anything. If she's leaning away from you, she's very uncomfortable. Hope i helped!

i think that you should hang out with her for a while, and then ask her out. most girls don't just meet a guy and go out with him. but if you can tell she is definitely flirting and you think that you know her well enough to date her then take a chance. good luck and hope i helped!

I think she wants to be your friend. Most gurls dont just hang out with girls for a date or something to do. you need to like a girl and wanna be thier friend to hang out with them. you never know you guys could even become the best of friends!

It sounds like flirting... maybe she's just a friend but wants to be something more? Girls are complicated, she might just want to hang out and flirt... so go somewhere that doesn't have a label for 'something more' attached. Like movies... if you go there, that's where people make out, so if you're not sure, don't go to the movies. Go... to a coffee shop, or comedy club, or a lounge, or place where local bands play... somewhere fun! :) Good luck with her!

I think it just means you're friends hanging out for now. But perhaps you could ask her out on a date once you get to know each other some more :)

ask her out..on a date..ok..you have done the phone thing..the first step..ask hr out..just the two of you...she will either say yes or no...if she wants to get closer she will say yes right away..if she hems or haws or says she will meet you there wiht some friends..she may not be inot you.

ASK her out..dud you will be doing this this the rest of your life..you might as well get comfortable wiht it..ASK HER OUT...

If she say no..her HUGE loss!!!

I think she could be interested in dating, but since you have just gottent close to her in the past 3 days, I wouldn't rush into anything just yet. Take her to a movie or something of that nature& see where things go from there. She could just be interested in becomming closer friends, just spend more time with her! Hope I helped! :]
