When you are young, your period isn't always on schedule. It takes about 4 years for it to be fully on schedule showing up each month like it's supposed to. Another reason why your period won't come is if you are stressed out about school work/friendships or anything at all. Also, if you are active in a sport or a physical activity: cheerleading, dance, basketball, soccer or anything like that, it will also cause it to be late. My friend was very active in dance, cheerleading and soccer and she'd get her period about every 4 months. You'll be fine. It's normal. But if you keep stressing out about it, it's not gonna come any sooner! Hope this helped. [ xXxpinky615xXx's advice column | Ask xXxpinky615xXx A Question ]

mindlessme16 answered Monday November 8 2004, 11:35 pm: It depend on when you first started your peroid. Most people take a while for it to regulate. Sometimes its just naturally late. If u have had sex within the last two months or so take a pregnacy test if your really worried. [ mindlessme16's advice column | Ask mindlessme16 A Question ]

MyPainIsReal answered Monday November 8 2004, 8:51 pm: Seeings you are 13, it is normal. I first got mine back when I was 11 and I got it once and didn't for another 3 months. It kept doing that for a while but I'd still get cramps. Finally my cycle became regular. Just give it time, no need to worry right now. [ MyPainIsReal's advice column | Ask MyPainIsReal A Question ]

cutiepie12335 answered Monday November 8 2004, 8:20 pm: yes its normal, sometimes this can happen because of a change in your body (obvisly), but sometimesz if you start takin a new medicine or eating differently. but it is normal, if this persists though for a long time then i think you should talk to your mom or dad, which ever you feel most comfertable, but it is normal.
