hey i wear contacts and i really want colored ones..but im not sure what color would look good on me..is there any way to try it out without buying them first..? Oh and if you think you know a good color..please let me know..I am indian with tan skin..dark brown hair and i have dark brown eyes! thanks!

For a really dramatic change go for something like ice blue or grey. It'll mak your eyes stand out. And if you're just looking to go a little lighter without the drama then look at a honey brown. It'll be lighter than your natural color but it won't be as dramatic as the blue and grey.

Yeah, you can go to the contact store and they'll let you try them on to see if you like them. A really really good colour for you would be "gray". That colour really matches people with tan to dark skin. It doesn't look fake either because it really really matches. It'll look so hot on you. Go and try them, I know you'll like them! (I wear that colour!)

Hello there, coloured contacts are always great fun. Well to try out my only advice is to go to the opticians and "pretend" you are going to get contacts from them because they sometimes have these things you put over your eyes and you can see how it would change it. But this could be too much hassle. By listening to your description of yourself the best option would probably green, but they themselves may look a little strange. I once had a pair of blue contacts and they made me look like a drug addict. But I say give them a go, my mate got some green ones and totally loved them. Good luck

if you go to the eye doctor, then he might have a prgram on his computer where he puts a picture of your eyes on there and then shows you what different colors would look llike. just be careful..color contacts can be bad for your eyes.

Yes, you can try on the colored contacts before buying them... i think you should try on Green colored contacts, not blue!! I hope i helped! :)

I asked this question a while ago... I finally got colored contacts, everyone told me to go with a honey color. It looks terrible to be honest. They look cheesey and fake and they are really annoying when they are in your eyes. I know that wasn't really an answer to your question but, now I have an eye infection because of the contacts and yes... I got them from my eye doctor too. I really don't think you should risk getting an infection in your eye. A friend of mine got an infection from hers too... she has blue eyes and got green contacts and they screwed up her eyes. I think there are websites where you can experiment with eye colors on pictures of you. Take a picture of yourself with a digital camera and put it on the computer. Make yyour eyes different coors. Green would be really pretty, but I think brown sound gorgeuos already!

Green would look beautiful on you. I know there are certain computer programs that let you take a picture of yourself and see how different colors would look (they also do stuff like how different kinds of hair and makeup would look) so you might want to get one of them.
