how do i find me
ok well latley i havn't been myself and i don't know how to fix it. i meen i pray and stuff and i am a strong christian . but i dunno it is wierd cause i don't even know who me is when people say your name you feel like you are somone when i hear it is like just my name nothin speacial just a word that was given to me. and it is wierd cause when i pray latley bad things seem to happen like in some way i get hurt emotiionally my friend hates me or somthing of such matter.
so here is the question how do i firgure out who the real me is again the one that everyone knew that i knew. the one who can think clearly

Your problem is one that I once had. but not anymore! I'm also a strong christian. But, I aslo couldn't figure out who "me" was. I also was very stressed at the time and having problems with friends and that kind of stuff. The way I fixed is that I asked all my friends who they thought I was,my personality, and that kind of stuff... and soon enough I figured out who "me" was. So just hang in there! Good Luck

Praying is a waste of time and if you really believe in god you should be living life to the fullest and not wasting time trying to suck up to him to get into heaven.

i know what ur goin through, i had the same problem when i moved to texas from colorado, i was a very strong christian in colorado and it jus kinda faded away when i move, now i got it back and im really happy but you gotta realize that who you are is who you choose to be. God has huge plans for you, " for i know the plans i have for you declares the lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" Jeremiah 29:11(NIV) you jus gotta realize that god is gunna turn you into a servant for him, how ever you may choose, for me personally, i just realized what god wanted me to do with my life, and its really helped me realize who i am, and praying is a great start, but maby you should looked deeper into his word, like someone said lock ur self in your room put a christian cd in and start writing in a journal,you could even do a 1 on 1 time w/ god, just talk to him, like you would talk to your friends, tell him whats on your heart, read into his word see what he says, i can gurantee he will give u an anwser, it may not be right away, but he will, and ill remember to keep you on my prayer list, that god does help you! god bless!!!:)

it's part of growing up you change and you mind begins to think idependantly how I know this at 14 looooooong story any to find the old you you should probly sole search ( I can't spell so if I miss speall somthing sorry) put on a christian cd stay in your room write in a diary read your old faveorite book it helps and you might not be the only one changing you can sole search in groups but it's probly better to do it alone

You can not exspect prayer to change the person you are. If you are having problems with finding yourself then you need to soul search. Its obviously time for you to change emotionally in some way or you would not be having such problems. Good luck.

Good question. WHo is the real you? First of all , remember that you are God's child. THat must be your identity. I'm 31 yrs ols and I'm still figuring out who I am. It's a life long process. Rember Who you belong to and that will help you learn who you are!

Helo dear! I go to a catholic school and Religon class really helped me figure out my ways. You should take some time to put your life in perspective, and think about the good things, and bad things that have happened recently and why. Talk to your mom (if your close to her) or your dad (if ur closer to him). I think it would be a good idea to just sit down and think, then as the other comlumnist said, make a list with good things about yourself on it, be real, you know you've got good characterists and u need to take advantage of them. You'll REALLY be suprised how long the list will be. Also you should try to be more involved in clubs and sports and stuff in your school and talk to new people! Sometimes friends make you feel a sense of belonging. Or ice cream. Ice cream is good.

everyone goes through those kind of times. I did too. I guess in a way I've always thought of my name as just a word. Try writting down charactics about urself that you have. like funny, nice etc...and try to attach them to ur name when u hear it. I know it's hard but pray about it. Don't blame God for ur hard times, mayb ur falling away from him and he wants u back. Make sure you do ur quite times. I'm christian too! You need to pray! Also, maybe you can talk to your pastor at church..he'll be able to help ya! And give you Godly answers and all that good stuff..I'll pray for you:)
